We needed to have our shower retiled and hired a sub that ended up destroying both shower and tile. It turned into a complete overhaul of the shower. We needed new walls, new pan, almost new everything. We called Wil and had his team come give us an estimate. We already knew they were a reliable company because we had worked with them in the past. It wasn’t a hard decision to make to hire them but using laticrete with their lifetime warranty sealed the deal. Once they got started they worked very quickly. I had chosen zellige tile for the shower walls and it’s not an easy install but the tiler is simply amazing at his job and it ended up even better than I imagined. It means a lot to me to be able to trust contractors and subs in my home as a stay at home mom with young children. Everyone that came through was friendly and trusting and also clean! It’s not necessary but just an added bonus when everyone cleans up after themselves. Everyone worked full days and showed up when they said they would. After 2 major projects with Wil and his team, I would recommend them again and again. They are efficient, they communicate well, they have design vision, and I know they would never charge me unfairly or be dishonest in their work. Those things combined are almost unheard of in the contracting world. This company is truly unlike any other.

From our first meeting to map out the scope of our kitchen remodel project all the way through to its conclusion, we had a very positive experience working with the Wreedone team. Will, Spencer, Keith, and Tanya were excellent with regard to communication of the process and timelines, managing each group of trade workers, attending to unforeseen structural and electrical matters, and providing input for design elements. The use of CoConstruct project management software was also beneficial with regard to establishing an overview of the project schedule, documenting daily communication, and detailing completion and approvals of key milestones. I recently had my kitchen remodeled and couldn’t be happier with the results! The team replaced all my cabinets and hardware, extended them all the way to the ceiling, and added beautiful lighting both inside the upper cabinets and underneath the counters. Another great project with Wreedone. Spencer took the time to solve a complex water leak we had from our roof, ultimately locating that it was from wind-driven rain. Caulking the area to prevent the issue from reoccurring was done, and then we were able to transition into the internal repair phase of the bathroom where the water had made its way into. Keith was the assistant PM, but took the active role of coordinating the contractor to execute the repair in the bathroom. I'm grateful for Keith's communication - everything from where we were at in the process, to timing of contractor arrival, steps that needed to be done during the repair, and validating the work was completed to satisfaction. I talked with 5-6 contractors to remodel our master bathroom. I really liked Wil when I met him at our bid appt. He’s a very easy-going energetic guy. Working with him, Spencer, and Keith was a great experience. He made suggestions based on other clients and showed me pics as I was picking out the tile, knobs, cabinets, and all. He pushed me a little at times for pieces or styles and I’m glad he did. He challenged me to step out of my thinking. Things went so well in the beginning that we were ahead of schedule with his trades, and then slowed back down waiting for the cabinets, counters, and shower glass. Even with that, we finished with the final walk through on time. I LOVE my master bath. Wreedone exceeded our expectations for our guest bathroom renovation. Initially a small DIY project, it turned into a major endeavor due to unforeseen plumbing issues. From the outset, Will impressed us with his responsiveness and thoroughness during the consultation. Their quote was competitive, and they accommodated our timeline, which was fantastic. We decided to do a full bathroom redo with a new vanity, toilet, tile floors and shower while keeping the existing tub in place. Throughout the project, Will and our project manager, Justin, were so patient with us. It took two months to decide on tile and get it delivered but despite delays, there was no pressure from their end. Once all the material arrived, they got to work quickly. In one week, they had demoed the bathroom, roughed in both the plumbing and electrical, and got started on waterproofing the shower. Christmas time hit, and we had to take a pause for the holidays, but come January, they were right back at it. Justin did a great job lining up each trade and making sure the schedule was maintained as closely as possible. There were unforeseen issues that popped up, as they tend to do with renovations. We found our toilet flange wasn’t originally set properly, and there was a vent pipe going through the shower wall where we wanted to install a niche. Each time we found these new surprises, Justin was quick to flag them and ask how we wanted to proceed. There was no pressure to do more than necessary. I very much appreciated his honesty and ability to troubleshoot any problems that arose. He was always quick to communicate and available for a call no matter the time or day. He paid special attention to making sure the bathroom was done right, and we were happy with the outcome. This involved things like: •Having the tiler remove and relay several shower tiles that had settled askew. •Calling the tub refinishing tech to come back out to smooth some pooling in the glaze at no extra cost. •Fixing the drywall and repainting when a leak happened during the tub fixture install and stained the ceiling in the room below it. •Managing a few last-minute changes like swapping out the plain glass mirror for a lighted one that required a new plug to be installed. Overall, the project turned out great. Our 1980s bathroom is now modernized and is the nicest-looking room in the house. Fire ants decided to take residence under the shower pan in our primary bathroom. We had an urgent need to demo the area and get to the root of the problem. Wil and his crew were willing to do as little or as much as we wanted to fix it. We had full creative control over the process and WREEDONE gave guidance when needed/asked. Justin was the PM for our project and he totally went above and beyond. While never expected, Justin was always available to answer questions/address concerns even on nights and weekends. Justin’s communication was great and he would even periodically check in just make sure we were holding up okay living in a construction zone. All of the trades who worked in our home respected the property and were considerate of our entire family. We are extremely happy with our bathroom remodel — and best of all, no more fire ants!!

We got connected to Wil & team through a mutual friend, with a deisre to concurrently remodel (2) bathrooms. Wil sets & delivers the highest bar in service, that is present from the initial engagement with Wil all the way down through his different trades, suppliers, contractors, and team members. Bottomline: Would absolutely recommend. Quick, courteous, thorough, and good quality. We had Wreedone do repairs for us to get our house rent ready. Spencer Stewart was our project manager but we also communicated several times with Wil. They both made the process so easy for us! We just wanted a one stop shop where we knew it would be done right. That's exactly what we got. Wil did a great job keeping us up to date on the costs and financial side of things. Spencer was easy to coordinate with and willing to make adjustments whenever we needed them. We had probably 15 cracks in our drywall repaired, retextured and repainted, a small repair on our roof, a repair on our indoor fireplace, drains in the whole house checked and snaked, caulking done, a few fence slat replacements, a downspout repaired and a few other odds and ins. Everything was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Wil made sure that we were pleased with everything before wrapping the project up and insisted that he would do whatever was necessary to make sure we were happy with their work. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

We had a new HVAC unit installed over the summer. There was a problem when we turned the heat on this fall. So we had the installer return. They said we had a bad breaker and that's when we called WREEDONE because we used them last year with good results. We had two other minor electrical issues to check out besides the breaker. We had a schedule that required the work to be done before the weekend and though they didn't have an opening, they made arrangements to come on Friday afternoon to accommodate us. They checked all three issues out in less than 30 minutes. Corrected the non-working outlets. And though they could have installed a new breaker... they checked it and it was ok so they left it alone. Great honesty and great service by very courteous and professional workers. We love working with Wil. He communicates clearly, is organized, arrives on time, and prices are fair. Wil accompanies the subs when they first come on the job, he checks in often to evaluate progress, and makes sure he and the homeowner are happy with the final result. The workmanship of the subs is excellent. Wil stands by his work. He remolded our master bathroom a year and a half ago. A few months ago some of the grout on the shower floor cracked. Wil promptly came by and had the entire floor replaced. We also hired Wil to replace house siding that was deteriorating and repair a leaking area around the outside chimney casing. All was done to our full satisfaction. In our opinion, it is difficult to find anyone who is as personable, reliable, and honest as Wil Reed.

We had an insulated window in our living room that was broken. I made an appointment with Wil to take measurements and obtain an estimate. We agreed on the cost and the window was placed on order. In a few days Wil notified me that the window was ready and set up a time for the install. His workers arrived on time. They came in and went to work immediately and were expeditious in getting the job done. The window fit perfectly and was installed exactly as it should be. The workers cleaned the glass, cleaned the work space and left everything clean. They were very courteous start to finish. If I have any other project for our home I will certainly use Wreedone again. I recommend him highly.

He will follow through and communicate in detail until your project is perfectly completed . He is a perfectionist when he takes your job so you don’t have to worry. WIL Came into my project when so much was going wrong with the original contractor and helped me rebuild my whole house ( Which I had lost with tornado ) . After WIL took on my project he corrected all prior problems I had with the original contractor, got the rest done right and in timely manner , without any hassles, He got me back home to my house few months later . I am forever grateful for his service, his professionalism, his determination, his down to earth attitude , and for going above and beyond to putting my family back to our him home. Will did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel. Responses were prompt! When we had questions the answers were always precise. Will would be on the job site daily to check on progress. You expect a kitchen remodel to be a headache. This was not the case at all. Our kitchen was usable within 3 days. When I need to remodel a different room of the house I will not bother talking to another company or person.

I contracted Wil and his team to remodel our upstairs game room including the demolition of a balcony railing and the addition of a wall in its place; the addition of a uniquely and thoughtfully designed wet-bar; a counter-height desk/buffet, and wood floors. Wil was recommended to me by my realtor in preparation to put my house on the market. His primary task was to paint the inside main level of the home. Additionally, there were multiple sheetrock repairs and detail work needed. I received three quotes including Wil's and his was right in line will what we were expecting to pay for the needed work. Will was very helpful in the design stage, presents his bid in categories that are clear to understand and modifiable, and presents a realistic time table of what is to be accomplished each day. He introduced us to subs when going over instructions at the beginning of their work, and he was usually present to go over work completed with us before the sub left. Before putting our home up for sale, we wanted to update the kitchen and master bathroom. I absolutely loved working with Wil Reed and his team!! I knew of Wil from the outstanding work he had done to my parent's home. Wil was very attentive and would update me daily on their progress. His team is very punctual and professional. We were impressed with Wil from the first moment we met him. His enthusiasm was amazing. We had never done or worked on a renovation before, we had watched plenty on HGTV but never dared go through one in real life until we met Wil. We wanted to do a kitchen remodel and remove a load-bearing wall to open up the space between living room and kitchen. He took care to go over every detail of the project with us and explained the reason for delays in the project. Did I say this was our first renovation and we had watched many HGTV episodes? Wil was kind enough to provide us drawings to help us visualize the final product. His entire crew is amazing, Chris, who is the framer is like a wood or house whisperer. Wil was very patient with us throughout the process. Especially when we added things to the project and when my partner and I did not agree on some things, he was a good mediator and kept us focused on the end result. He took the extra work without hesitation. He was very concerned about our satisfaction with the project and made a lot of sacrifices to make the finishing touches amazing. He addressed all of our concerns and always with a smile. After the project was finished, out kitchen looks like a magazine kitchen. We could not be happier with the results and we are happy that in the process, we also gained a friend in Wil.

Wiring customer homes requires work from both the licensed electrician and the general contractor. My job is made so much easier when I work with Wil as he has already systematically coordinated the project with the customer, allowing me to focus on precision and my specific trade! Having known Wil for over 10 years, he does a really good job with working with the customer, and really cares about making sure what I install makes them very happy when I’m finished.
