While we have engaged Meyer Brothers and Sons (MB&S) for several projects in the past, this project was different. We had problems that occurred with another contractor that totally botched a project. We contacted MB&S (specifically Jeremey Culver) and asked them to consider helping us bring the project to a successful completion. With in 24 hours Jeremey contacted the contractor that botched up the front of our house and negotiated a deal where the previous contractor agreed to pay MB&S to fix the construction issues, fix the collateral damage they had caused to our copper roof, and finish the job. This was a very tiny job for MB&S but they treated it as though it were one of their bigger projects. They assigned Luke Meyer to oversee the project on a day-to-day basis and Jeremey stayed very involved. Luke and his team did an outstanding job. They kept our house clean and actually left it better than they found it! The project was completed and looks outstanding. Neighbors are even commenting on the quality of the finished project. When we first hired MB&S to finish our basement, Jeremey told us "Once you hire us, you are a client for life regardless of the size of the project." He has held that same commitment through the several projects MB&S has completed for us. Talented professionals who are committed to customer service.

Rick (architect) thought of small details that preserved the character of our older home and made suggestions that improved its durability for our family of seven. Greg (project manager) consistently made decisions that ensured the quality of work done in our home was what he would want for his own, and he was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Ben, Scott, and Robert (carpenters) did excellent work, were friendly, and took good care of our home. Cari (kitchen designer) helped us create a dream kitchen that we still can't believe is really ours. After removing walls and reconfiguring our house's layout, it is more functional and feels more natural than the original floor plan! All of the employees and subcontractors were professional and kind, and the project ended on time and on budget. While any renovation is hard to live through, Meyer Bros & Sons made it as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We can't say enough good things!

Meyer Brothers & Sons were fantastic. They finished the project on time and within the budget we had initially discussed. Ours was a fairly extensive renovation project that needed a large team working together. We loved working with all members of the team. Every member of the team was focused on the details and took immense pride in their work. Meyer Brothers & Sons use the structure of a project manager who oversees the whole renovation. This person is also responsible for keeping the clients updated on progress. This structure worked really well for us. We'd definitely reach out to Meyer Brothers & Sons for any future work on our house.

We have used Meyer Brothers and Sons for two major home renovations, the most recent being a basement remodel. We value their ability to combine all the elements of a renovation under one team. Jeremy is a very knowledgeable architect that can maximize the functionality and look of a space, providing multiple options for any project. Ernst was our basement project manager, and worked hard to keep all the subcontractors and other team members on schedule and on budget. Renovating a home while living in it with a family is challenging, but everyone on the Meyer Brothers team has always been dependable and respectful while working in our home. We have recommended them to others many times over the years, and would definitely use them again for any future projects.

Incredibly professional. Our large kitchen and first floor remodel project was completed on-time and on-budget. Their attention to detail and quality craftsmanship are impressive. Our new cabinets are beautiful and function wonderfully. They had great ideas to help us maximize our space and bring our design vision to life. Meyer Brothers and Sons just finished up our renovation, including primary suite, moving a laundry room to the first floor from the basement and taking down two load bearing walls to open up the dinning and living room. Meyer Brothers was absolutely wonderful to work with. From the moment we engaged the architectural team to start planning our project to completing the punch list items at the very end, their team has been professional, extremely responsive and helpful. They adjusted plans along the way to accommodate for things we changed on the fly, they communicated project status and problems weekly and came up with creative solves for every issue that came up. We worked with multiple people on their team, and everyone that came to our house seemed to be well informed as to the scope of our project and what they needed to accomplish that day/week. They really helped us feel as though we were "part" of the team even though we weren't doing any of the hard work. They finished ahead of schedule and the finished product looks better than I ever could have imagined. Meyer Brothers and Sons had done some remodeling projects for us in our previous home, and then they built our current home 15 years ago. When we decided to add a ground-level bedroom suite, then, there was no question about who we would select for the job. They helped us design an addition that complemented our existing home while taking advantage of its best features. They did a wonderful job of matching the brick and shingles and used subcontractors that have long-standing relationships with them and great reputations of their own.
