Francie Milano Kitchens designed, ordered and installed a new kitchen and pantry for us. Francie’s work, along with her team’s, was truly exceptional. This was a big project involving some tricky areas, and Francie’s deep experience and creativity resulted in an excellent design, followed by a flawless installation. The milestone dates were clearly laid out, and remarkably all of them were met without any issues. I could not recommend Francie Milano Kitchens more highly.

A kitchen and bathrooms from 1987 needed to be remodeled and updated. Francie Milano and her associates shared many ideas and helped update the layout of the kitchen to make it more efficient from our growing, busy family. We are amazed at the results and highly recommend Francie Milano Kitchens.

From the minute Francie first called me I was confident that my kitchen would be what I wanted because she seemed intent on learning what I liked. She is easy to work with, impressive with her experience, her confidence well placed. We did most of the design decisions long distance with lots of email, shared websites, phone calls and maybe three in person visits. I felt she led me to discover what I wanted - the beauty of working with Francie. She recommended one key resource, Anchor Appliance, but most of the decisions I made in her lovely showroom where there is a breadth of materials to select from.So easy. Francie is a doer, never left me waiting. My kitchen was designed and built during the Pandemic and to her credit, she had no delays, completing my kitchen on time. A side note: Francie's design talent is amazing and inspiring. she knows products, resources, what to avoid. If I were to choose one word to describe my relationship with my now favorite Kitchen designer, it is TRUST. My only regret is that I do not have a second kitchen. We used Francie Milano Kitchens back in 2014 and were very happy with her team's work product. We then unfortunately had water issues last year (2022) and had to replace all of our cabinets, as well as floors, painting, carpentry, etc. We called back all of our original trades and found that in most cases the product we had received in 2022 was greatly diminished from that which we had gotten back in 2014. FRANCIE MILANO KITCHENS WAS THE EXCEPTION! Francie and her team were responsive, kept us abreast of timing, and paid close attention to detail. While most subs just wanted to be done with our job and move onto the next, Francie and her team actually cared about our happiness with the product and didn't leave until that was the case.

Francie's design was exactly what we needed. We started our kitchen renovation during the pandemic and she and her team were able to manage the supply hiccups that this pandemic wrought, juggling deliveries of cabinets with delayed flooring. Her attention to details is excellent. You are in good hands if you choose this team.

Wanted to say how incredibly happy we are with the kitchen you designed for us. There is always the excitement over a new kitchen when it is first completed. But after two years of heavy use (including a LOT of cooking and baking these last 6 months) we just wanted you to know we are beyond satisfied. The layout you and your team came up fit our needs perfectly. The cabinets have held up well – everything is where it is supposed to be. The shelving and the drawers hold everything we use in the kitchen. The last minute decision to push the island back made all the difference – and you and your installers made that happen without any fuss or argument or extra charges. And of course, the recommendation to use Richard Aitken as the general contractor was the right choice for us. We get plenty of compliments from guests (and even contractors and repair people who come to the house for something completely unrelated). And we do not hesitate to mention your name and how satisfied we are. Our kitchen is a pleasure to work in, eat in, entertain in – and even clean up! When it is clean and everything put away, we often remark how lucky we feel.

We live in a different state - as this is an investment property - and Francie was simply a dream to work with. She was fast, efficient, price-conscious and fully on top of every aspect of the kitchen renovation from design to installation. When problems arose (none created BY HER), she quickly handled them. I've renovated a kitchen before in my full-time home, and it was far harder than working with Francie. Can not recommend highly enough - we will use her again for any future projects.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Based with the uncertainty of design, quality and cost, we proceeded with some anxiety with Francie and Tashy of Francie Milano Kitchens, Inc. After many interviews with other firms selecting Francie Milano Kitchen, Inc. to remodel our Loveladies, NJ major renovations with a new kitchen design, flow and look was the best decision we made. We could not be happier with the outcome. Challenged sometimes with our own perceptions and what they suggested resulted in an end product beyond our expectations We cannot express how satisfied we are with FMK and the firm. Their creativity, focus on detail and seeing the job through, were exceptional. Did I mention they have incredible patience too with neurotic clients! Without reservation we strongly recommend Francie and her firm to design and put together a kitchen that you will love. We smile every time we come down to our beach house and see the transformation! This is the second kitchen Francie Milano has done for me. Her expertise and guidance, from the initial sketch to the eat-in ready kitchen, makes the process painless. Everything from choosing the tile, the cabinets, the backsplash, Appliance placement, the door and cabinet hard- ware, etc., etc., is handled with patience and professionalism.

I found Francie Milano through my GC and the experience has been great. He assistance with design involved her listening to our needs, our budget and all of the other soft issues involved in such a project. Our kitchen redesign was not a major project but she and her staff treated it like it was her most important. She was always available and always had time. Not only that but it turned out beautifully. Can't wait to get cooking !
