Mike and his crew are exceptional! We had the pleasure of working with the Duke team to build our forever home for our babies to grow up in and what they have done is magical. I just recently closed on a home built by Duke Homes—and I simply cannot recommend them enough. From the first meeting through the closing, the experience was EXCELLENT! They were extremely helpful through the entire process. I had done new construction in the past and this definitely exceeded my prior experiences. Duke Homes was absolutely wonderful to work with. This was my first experience with a custom built home while living out of state. We lived in Chicago during the entire process and the Duke team was just exceptional. Everyone was always available and helpful all while doing this remotely. The workmanship is fantastic. My husband and I appreciate all the hard work from Mike, Mark, Matt, Regina, Tracy and Dena.

We just moved in to our second house built by Duke Homes. Mike Duke and everyone on his staff were great to work with from the design phase through completion. Our construction supervisor was on site daily and answered all of our questions. They have an awesome group of vendors that do a fabulous job. Our new home exceeded our expectations. If we ever build again, it will be with Duke Homes.

Our experience with Duke Homes was exceptional and exceed expectations! The whole Duke staff, their suppliers, and contractors were on top of everything, especially considering how difficult it is to even get simple building materials. My husband and I are elated with our beautiful new home and to be part of the Aberdeen community and all it has to offer like hiking trails, fishing, community gardens and much more. Building a home can be daunting, but our experience in building with Duke Homes was exceptional because everyone we encountered was both friendly and professional. They offered advice and expertise when and where we needed it throughout the process. We felt like we were a priority as they were always available to listen and address questions (which my husband did a lot.) I would highly recommend them if you want to work with a “family friendly” company who cares about meeting your home needs.

My wife and I recently had Duke Homes add a bathroom to a home they built in the early 2000s. From start to finish, we were impressed with the manner in which Duke Homes did the work. Duke presented various options for us to consider, was very helpful in the selection process, had an impeccably clean job site, and cared for all of the details. Each of the crews were professional, timely, and meticulous in their work. Kudos to Mike Duke, Kevin Hamilton and Regina Salas for their handling of our addition - Duke Homes does great work - high standards for craftsmanship, very trustworthy, and a company of high integrity.

We built a new home through Mike Duke and team in 2005, in a community co-developed by Duke. Quality, service and integrity are the three best adjectives to describe our experiences over 14 years. The only reason for leaving a Duke home is for a relocation out of state. Even as the company has grown and diversified, Mike remains personally involved, helping to ensure a best-in-class experience that goes well beyond the expected. Everyone who considers custom construction or renovation would benefit by including Duke in their plans. They are best-in-class and extremely humble and service-oriented, in addition to being friendly. We will sorely miss living in a Duke home and community!
