He is a pleasure to work with. David is also really good at the nitty gritty, of which there is a lot when you’re building (e.g., permits, redesigns, and inspections). He worked well with our builder and found creative and effective solutions to problems that came up along the way. It is hard to put into words how much Davide has meant for our new construction project. Working as an architect, interior designer, and in effect as a hardscape architect, he has been integral to every decision that we have made. In the beginning of the process, we had to spend close to two years getting our design approved by the city. Davide worked tirelessly to help us navigate the process and even gave two separate presentations at City Hall, where we ultimately got our design approved. My wife and I have been very hands on and have made countless revisions and design suggestions to every square foot of the house. Davide has spent many hundreds of hours helping us to make the house as beautiful and functional as possible within our budget. He is extremely easy to work with and is always very responsive. He has said many times that he considers this to be "his house", and you can just see the pride that he takes in his work. I couldn't imagine working with any other architect, and I give him the highest possible recommendation.

We contracted with Davide and Acadia to design a complete renovation and addition on our 1958 ranch-style home. Davide's style is modern and breath-taking. We chose him because we admired the designs on his web site and we're glad we did. Our design is incredibly beautiful. Davide is a good listener and easy to work with. His fees are reasonable and the payment schedule is known at contract-signing time. He worked with our budget to help us limit changes in some areas and make the most of where we wanted his designs to show through. I have collaborated with Davide on several project over the last four years (he hired me as a photographer). Davide remodeled our house. It was a small remodel comparatively. However, it was quite a challenge to give a facelift to the house. Davide came out creatively. The whole house entry feel very grand and gives a illusion that it is very massive, that part I love it. Also, the lighting to the house makes it very bright. On top of that, the exterior was given a facelift that makes the house as completely new. During the process, Davide helped in many phases like, clarification on any design, helping with interiors, giving suggestion on the materials. Also he is a perfectionist and that makes all the job look very good. Davide always makes time for any questions.
