After a massive flood in my house during this past winter, and a slow response from my insurance company, 915 Construction and Design swooped in and saved me!! They restored two bathrooms and reconstructed my basement - their work was high quality, the crew was responsive and excellent to work with, and there was someone to answer all my questions at all times. The crew showed up on time and were a pleasure to have in my house. I highly recommend this company for any house construction or reconstruction project - 5 stars!!! 915 solicits their business via direct mass mailings along with other spam ads you get with your Val-Pack. For someone who constantly says he is in high end renovations, this doesn’t make any sense. No reputable contractor would ever solicit business through direct mass mail. Jaimie is a good salesman but that’s all. He over-promises and under-delivers. When caught lying, he disappears and doesn’t respond. His company may be good to install your trim and bill you ridiculous sum for it, but don’t rely on them for anything structural. He caused so many issues on our house (incorrect framing, incorrect grading, leaking window, the list is too long to mention here). Had to fire him from our job because he was so incompetent. Run away while you can, there are much better contractors out there.

The time and effort was like he was working on his own home. The office and John was even called me to make sure that every last item was taken care of. Jaimie and 915 construction did a powder room renovation for me. Not only was their staff friendly and respectful in my home, but the workmanship was remarkable. The tiling was perfect and it was not an easy job. This was worth every cent spent. They returned to my home 2 months after completion to finish up painting the bathroom when I changed my mind on using wallpaper. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking.

John and his crew have been working on my houses for over 15 years. They will do anything from simple carpentry to whole house remodel. They have just recently finished my entire house remodel - new bathrooms, kitchen, hvac, windows etc. We started with a very dark house with small rooms and after completion everything is modern, open and bright. Every step of the way the process was explained, designed, purchases made and everything was finished on time. Whatever it is - John and his crew will make it right and fix it timely. I highly recommend this company for any home improvement project.

John at 915 Construction Handyman did a job for me at a new completed house in the Hamptons. The wrong doors were put in and had to be removed. John came and said he could do it at a very fair price. The job was complete very fast to my surprise. John and his men were most professional. This was a big job of removing 5 20 foot sliding doors and putting new ones in. Not an easy job. They had to install doors, fix moldings stucco the whole back of the house and paint. Again I’ve dealt with a lot of builders but I was blown away by the work of John and Handyman. Clean professional work done in the fastest possible time. I will recommend John at Handyman 915 construction to Anyone. There are still honest construction people out there and John is one.
