I have only ever heard horror stories of contractors previously, so I really didn't know what to expect when starting this whole experience. But I cannot say enough nice things about Rico and his team. From his vast knowledge on everything, his attention to detail, creativity to give different construction/cost options, his ability to "go with the flow" when I would change my mind (which was often) and his willingness to make safety top priority when constructing different areas in our house, I cannot stress enough how great it was to work with him. We are so happy with our final project!

CnS did a fantastic job on the addition of an office/laundry room/bathroom off our master bedroom. Rico was very hands on with every aspect of the job. We made a few changes throughout the process and they were very accommodating. We love our new addition and would highly recommend CnS (and already have).

I have used CNS for many projects including building a garage, complete interior renovation and exterior building of steps, deck, and lowering a raised house. Rico and Frank are masters at what they do and two of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. They are communicative and honest! They always exceed your expectations. CnC Contracting were great to work with on our bathroom remodel. They were reliable and affordable. Their workmanship was impecable and they had many creative suggestions on how to enhance our original vision for the space. Bottom line, they did what they said they would when they said they would and did so with high quality and professionalism. If you are looking for a local contractor, I would highly recommend them.

We have used CnS for many different projects in our home. From our outside pergola to our kitchen to my custom made makeup table!! They are trustworthy, reliable and very reasonable. Plus as an added bonus they offer great ideas for interior decorating which I found useful. Their ideas and suggestion came in handy when designing our kitchen. I'm glad we've found a contractor who offers it all!!

Commented: DeckingIt's just pressure treated lumber. You certainly could use pressure treated, there's just maintenance with it. Maybe use Trex or a similar product for low maintenance.
