I feel very lucky and grateful to have found Caliber Woodcraft and Tony Zaccaro. Tony delivers what he guarantees! He is an incredibly skilled carpenter and craftsman. He is efficient, professional, and gets the job done when he says he will. That is worth its weight in Gold! I needed 3 wood panels for my GE Monogram Frigidaire refrigerator to match an already established custom kitchen. I had been searching for a carpenter or company to do this work for over a year with no luck. No one seemed to grasp the project's requirements or they did not want to bother with a smaller task. Caliber Woodcraft took on my project and did a phenomenal job. I am in awe of how Tony was able to match the stain on the new panels to 30 year old kitchen cabinets. We hired Tony to refinish our kitchen cabinets and coordinate the replacement of our countertop and sink. Tony explained our options, project stages and timing, and gave us helpful advice for selecting materials and other decision we needed to make. He made it very easy for us to just make the decisions we needed to, without a lot of stress or uncertainty. He also recommended replacing the ancient under cabinet lighting with new LED strips, adding more drawers by reducing some of the non-drawer cabinet height, and making a cabinet above our fridge much more usable by increasing its depth and adding an enclosed side along the previously exposed side of the fridge. All these changes have been excellent; with the additional drawer space, storage for things like utensils and cooking tools is significantly increased in both space and convenience. We were keeping the original cabinet boxed and didn't discuss how well they were or were not secured to the wall originally, but Tony identified that they were not well-mounted and he re-secured them all, explaining afterwards how and why. Tony was consistently on-time and on-track with the schedule he anticipated for the work. He kept us well apprised of progress, kept a spotlessly clean worksite when he left for the day, was professional and friendly at every stage, and ultimately made this go as smoothly as we could hope for! The result are excellent and we couldn't be more pleased that we decided to undertake this and hired Tony to make it happen. We will certainly start by reaching out to him for any other projects that may be in his wheelhouse (we have at least two we're considering) and can unreservedly recommend Caliber Woodcraft. :)

I found Tony through the Houzz website. I entered my information and what I was looking to have done and received a call from him that very day! The way he answered my questions and gave me his thoughts assured me he was worth having out to discuss the project. After showing me some beautiful photos of his work and seeing him create my design on his computer CAD program, I was sold. I had one other well known company come out which was very underwhelming and the cost was about the same as Tony’s bid. As with most projects, there were some delays but I was kept in the loop and there was great effort to get things done and done to my liking. Tony is honest and very hardworking with great pride in his work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his expertise in the future.

Tony built and installed a custom built-in display/bar cabinet for our home and we are thrilled with the final product. I’m a retired furniture designer who is very particular about furniture quality and engineering. Tony was exceptional during the development phase in offering color and material choices. We ended up with a warm expresso walnut with a contrasting figured maple back panel and a granite top. Along with cool LED lighting. I highly recommend Tony for anyone looking for professional custom woodworking.
