We worked with Jennifer, an interior designer with Benchmark Homes for our kitchen and dining room hutch cabinet remodel. She designed the layout for our kitchen and hutch and made it more functional. From day one, she impressed us with her knowledge. She was patient and explained the entire process to the end, from style, color, design and functionality. She made the process so easy, walking us through each step. She saved us a great deal of time by researching materials and designs. She visited many vendors prior to us so that our time viewing and selecting materials was easier and quicker. She worked well with our contractor, Phillip Price Construction and their subcontractors, to ensure everything went smoothly. She always gave us 100%, making us feel like we were the most important client. She answered all our calls and texts quickly. We are blown away and in love with the end result of this remodel. Everyone that comes into our home says they love the kitchen and hutch, especially how perfectly it flows with the rest of our home. Jennifer took our vision and turned it into a reality. I would highly recommend Jennifer for your next remodel. I look forward to working with Jennifer again on other remodeling projects.

We worked with Jennifer on our Master Bedroom and Bath remodel. She was a neighbor and a friend, and I didn’t realize that she did design work as well. I was so happy to learn of her work, and I was very happy with her work. Jennifer had great ideas for tiles in the bathroom, colors for paint, and many details in the construction as well. She was not afraid to tell us when we had bad ideas. But it made us feel very special that she listened and supported many of our ideas as well. Jennifer also worked very well with our contractor – John Changras, of Changras and Frey Construction. John relied on the designer for many details, and Jennifer was always there to support them and provide those needed details. We love the design of our project still. We cannot say enough good things about Jennifer. Her work is the highest quality and she is great to work with. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Jennifer and Benchmark for any work, and if we just had more work to do, I would re-hire them in a second.

No words can truly express how great Jennifer is! Not only is she a great interior designer but also has an acute acumen for details. She is like a designer and project manager all in one. She knows inside out of the construction process and has a great sense of aesthetics. Our project lasted 18 months as it was a brand new construction and I am so thankful that I found her. Her rates were the most reasonable as well. Thanks Jennifer!!
