Stadler Construction

We hired Michael Stadler Construction to renovate a commercial building including replacing heating, plumbing and electrical systems and windows and doors. Michael was timely in his work and we are very pleased with the results. Not only was his pricing reasonable, he was friendly, professional, and very responsive to all of our questions and requests. Through out the process, he demonstrated his comprehensive understanding of the building codes and the inspection process. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would use Michael Stadler Construction again in the future.

Being a first for us, we were a little apprehensive about having contractors working on our house. Having walls taken down during our kitchen remodel was incredibly daunting. Mike and his team were tremendous. They made sure to protect our living spaces and left the work site spotless after a hard day’s work. The attention to detail in all aspects of our renovation was very impressive. Our experience however was not flawless. We did encounter a few unsatisfactory situations along the way which were down to external contractors brought in to install plumbing and electrics. Carelessness, some of which required repairs, and a lack of communication from them were at fault. In these instances, Mike was very professional and handled the situations to make things right. Highlighting again his high standards of work and client care. Mike was great to work with, he is honest which helped us put our trust in him, and is always available to answer questions and give advice. We would not hesitate to recommend Stadler Construction.

We truly enjoyed working with Mike and his team, they turned an otherwise stressful situation into a smooth and confident operation. We asked Mike for a pretty short shot clock due to closing/moving dates and while he managed expectations, he delivered on time. The deadline was critical for us, and so was meeting our budget, which he did both. He was helpful in explaining costs and projects and worked with us to come to a place that we were comfortable with financially while achieving our goals. Trust is a big thing for us and we trusted Mike for his knowledge and for his complete transparency and open communication. Mike was flexible with our work schedules and was always available to talk and ask advice. Now, as for the project itself -AMAZING!!! Mike transformed our 1984 condo to the present with style. Our master bath turned out better than what we imagined it could be and are so pleased with everything Mike and team did. Because of the craftsmanship we added on a few more projects to our plan as we trusted the team and were impressed with their execution. Now our kitchen, hallway and guest bath have upgraded as well and really makes the difference to our home. We would recommend Mike and his team for any of your projects, large or small. From the initial permits to the final walk through, Mike and the team around him were pros and great to work with.

Stadler Construction was a good fit for these new home owners. All of the renovations (inside and outside) required to make the house more livable were provided by Stadler Construction. His masons did a great job on the new patio and walks I designed. His carpentry crew took my concept for a larger deck and created a entertainment space for the owners with access to the newly landscaped back yard. They are professional, provide quality work, meet budget requirements and are a pleasure to work with.

Stadler Construction took an old, historic house from total disrepair to stunning new construction. I still can't believe the beautiful work that Mike and his team did. There were so many things to keep track of and he stayed on top of everything. He worked on a timely basis, stayed on budget, stayed in communication, and did the job right. His workmanship is top notch and I'd recommend Stadler Construction to anyone.

We hired Stadler Construction at the end of 2015 and the company has surpassed any expectations we had. The work they did for us included a complete remodel of a master bedroom suite including bathroom, remodeling of a laundry room and powder room, replacement of tile backsplashes in kitchen, painting the entire interior including wood ceilings, removing a wall which involved the installation of a steel beam, rebuilding steps to the second floor, refinishing hardwood floors, building a large deck using cable railings, building a large shed attached to the house, installing a patio, sidewalk and front steps. At the present time they are beginning the excavation of the front of the house to prepare it for a lawn and will soon begin exterior painting and the remodeling of 2 additional bathrooms. We have continued to hire them for additional projects because we are so happy with the quality of the work they have done and their attention to detail. All of the workers are extremely professional, take pride in the level of workmanship they perform and are a pleasure to have around, as we stayed in the house during all phases of construction. Everything is done to perfection. The house was cleaned after each day of work. I would not even consider hiring another contractor as they have proven themselves as a top quality company over and over again.

This is my first time working with Stadler Construction. My investment property kitchen and bathroom "light refresh" turned into a complete kitchen rip and replace, and lots of work in the bathroom. Mike's guidance and zero pressure to grow the cost of the job made me feel very comfortable. Looking back, I am 100% glad I took all of his advice and I'm really happy with all the decisions I made. Stadler also handled the kitchen cabinet delivery and receipt inspection of all the pieces. He also let an HVAC guy in on his time in to inspect my system so I didn't have to be there. There was full communication before, during, AND AFTER the project, which is very rare. Full service firm and very professional.
