We purchased a new home in Bozeman Montana. Futura supplied the cabinets. The order was incorrect. Instead of ordering a correct replacement, Futura tried to gerryrig a solution. It was rejected. Futura was to order a replacement and install it. When 60 days passed without any follow up from Futura, I wrote to Trevor Beitman, the owner and requested a status update. His response was a promise to respond, which he has not. I waited a week for his promised reply. When I received no response, I wrote again. No response. Our cabinets were installed in October 2018. Cabinet doors were damaged by Futura at installation. These too were to be replaced. So far, nothing from Trevor Beitman or Futura. Bottom line, negligent ordering, poor quality installation, no customer service, and lack of professionalism. Would I use these guys again, NEVER.

My wife and I have now hired Futura Custom Kitchen Cabinetry for over 6 jobs. They have done everything from custom kitchens to cabinets and custom desks for our office building to moving cabinets in one office to another for us and reinstalling them. Trevor has been our main interface at Futura, and we have really loved his vision. He did a fantastic job listening to my wife and me (both very picky and particular), and absolutely nailed our kitchen. He went above and beyond to provide us drawings we were able to use to have our contractor build out an extra window for us in our kitchen during one of our remodels. Futura's install guys are also great to have around and are very accommodating. They were even great to our kids when we were living through our last remodel. I was also able to get some great recommendations from them on other sub-contractors I could consider working with, and those recommendations were gold. We have always gotten our calls returned, and they have ALWAYS shown up when they said they would (except one time when I blew them off because I wasn't ready, and they were able to bump out a week for me just fine). That has been worth a ton to me. Even when I had a couple of minor scratches on a cabinet (might have even been caused by another sub -- not sure), Trevor personally came over to touch them up on his way home from work. My wife and I will definitely be working with Futura again. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I genuinely can't say enough about how great they have been to us each and every time.

I have partnered with Futura for my last 3 kitchen remodels and their design staff has successfully listened to and worked with my clients to produce aesthetically pleasing and functional kitchens that my clients love. They also have provided a selection of custom counter tops from wood, solid surface and laminate that matched the budget of each project.

Futura has designed and installed two house hold cabinets sets (kitchen, bath, laundry room) at two new homes I built. They also designed and installed cabinets in two of my office buildings. I plan on building another home in the next year and will use them to design and install the cabinets. The first installation was in 1997 and the last was in 2004
