TLG is an impressive company, very professional and the quality of the work is extraordinary. The entire process from setting up our project to post installation was smooth. Our project consisted of 4 interior doors which are amazing and worth the great price. All around great experience!

TLG doors was excellent to work with for my new front doors. I cannot say enough about the quality and workmanship of the mahogany doors. My doors are stunning and update the look of our 1980's traditional home. About our project - we had a single door with two side glass panels and a starburst window over all three. TLG created a custom template to remove all 4 components and install two tall arched doors made specifically for the opening in my home. I chose mahogany doors with a butternut stain and beveled glass. The doors are excellent quality and are worth the investment. They are custom and hand made so it takes a few months, so worth the wait! Leigh Ann was extremely helpful in the design, with decisions and throughout the installation and follow-up. She carefully mastered a challenge that came up due to the pandemic and the supply and labor issues that was prevalent during this time. I highly reccomend TLG Doors!

My husband and I were interested in replacing our single door with sidelites and transom with a double door. After talking with a neighbor who used TLG, we contacted TLG for an initial quote. They were very responsive and helpful in providing a quote, answering questions and providing pictures of what different doors would like like on our house. Once we decided to move forward, we made a trip to their showroom where Leigh Ann was very helpful and patient in helping us pick out a custom door that we were happy with and that would complement our home. Since our door has been installed, we had a couple of questions about the door and TLG has been very responsive in answering our questions. We are extremely pleased with our new door and how it enhances the look of our home. We've also received numerous compliments from our neighbors.

Hired TGL to be my installer for a specialty door that we ordered for our new construction build. We were super upfront that we were the homeowners and GC's for a new construction project. I have multiple email threads showing such fact. I hired the team a month in advance and paid a substanial deposit to hold my reservation. After I called to confirm the time, I was told the homeowner is not allowed to be present on the job. I again explained we are also the GC's, not just an average homeowner, so therefore GC's are on jobsites. This was not permittable and instead was instantly canceled on with being only days out from our date. Communication was terrible with this company and you can not tell a GC or homeowner that they can not be present during an install. I understand not being over shoulder, and we have lots of projects going on, but this was absurd. I'm not a fan of writing negative reviews, however, I selected this company based on their houzz reviews...

We contacted TLG to build a custom front door during our home renovation. Leigh Ann helped us design the door and was amazing to work with. The installation team was professional, clean and their attention to detail was impressive. They use top quality materials, and our door is a beautiful addition to our home. We couldn't be happier and would recommend them to whomever is in the market for any type of door.

We wanted to replace our seventeen-year-old front door which was originally installed by The Looking Glass. Last year (April 2018) we made a visit to The Looking Glass to consider them in replacing our door. They had a great selection of wood, metal and fiberglass doors. Weather resistance and long-term maintenance was a major factor in picking a new door. We decided to go with another mahogany door. We really liked our previous door and wanted to keep the leaded glass in it. They were able to design a similar door and use our original leaded glass which was a great savings. It took four months for them to complete the design and another 4 months to get the door manufactured. They discovered some minor imperfections that they were not happy with, and wanted to get fixed before the door was installed. I was really impressed with their attention to quality and detail. Due to some weather delays, we finally got our door installed on 2/6/19. Their technicians took great care and paid attention to the details during the installation. Their installation was even better than the original door. Also, their technicians were very courteous and it was a pleasure having them working in our home. The door is beautiful and well worth the wait. I would highly recommend the Looking Glass and would definitely use them again.

This was the second project with TLG and involved a complete replacement of 2 story front entrance including door, transom and window above. Leigh Ann of TLG helped tremendously with door design and proportions of the new door. We replaced existing custom leaded glass with a low E glass and a mahogany custom door with a new mahogany door. The workmanship and installation under Randy’s direction was done efficiently and very professionally. Some tweaking was needed but TLG was very cooperative. Having used TLG for two projects with the first being replacement of interior doors and hardware I can say that their workmanship and customer service are both outstanding. I highly recommend them.
