We understand your concerns about the pricing and the change in project scope. Our goal is to provide accurate and comprehensive project quotes that reflect the highest level of craftsmanship to provide proper installation of your chosen fixtures and finishes. Due to the lack of knowledge on the full scope of finish fixtures chosen which were later communicated to us after signing. We acknowledge that this was not the experience you were expecting, and we take this feedback seriously. The additional work order presented to you after you informing us the extent of finishes, varieties of tile, and desired upgrades in styles, patterns, etc. Those of which were not communicated to us until after we had signed to do your project. These upgrades were not in line with the original quotation provided, which is why the additional work order was presented.

Once again, this will be used to help us improve our services and due diligence on future projects. So situations like this do not arise again. We take pride in the expertise and dedication of our team members, and we want to clarify that our intention was to ensure the successful installation of the materials you selected.

Your feedback serves as a valuable reminder for us to continuously improve our processes, communication, and transparency. We are committed to addressing the issues you've raised internally to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. Thank you for your review.
We would like to address these issues that we were not aware of prior to this review;
1) Workers not arriving on time... due to the scale of this job, multiple sub-contractors were required, unfortunately due to inspection schedules that held us up for weeks, these sub-contractors had arranged other work during these delays, which subsequently caused even further delay.
2) Workers not respecting your home... This issue has not been addressed with us during the time of the work. Would we have been informed of this, we would have taken
immediate action to prevent this from happening. We were under the impression that everything was okay at the time.
We apologize for any hardship this may have caused you. We will use this as an example for our future projects to be more mindful when using certain sub-contractors. We appreciate you addressing these issues with us now, however if we were informed at the time of work we could have taken immediate action to prevent the above issues from re-occurring. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to complete this project for you, and we hope you enjoy the addition on your home we have constructed.
