We used Joe to turn our unfinished attic space into a master bath and walk-in closet. We could not possibly be happier with the results! Joe took our vision and elevated it into our dream bathroom. His attention to detail is what impressed me most; we left a lot of the small decisions up to him (i.e. door handles, shower door) and he chose the most perfect items! Throughout the process he was extremely organized and when we made changes to the scope of the work, those changes and the costs associated were clearly outlined. He was cognizant of our budget the whole time and the payment schedule/final reconciliation went smoothly. I would recommend Joe in a heartbeat and fully intend on using him for future projects!

Peltier Building and Renovation was recommended by a local tile retailer as a company capable of handling all aspects of a total renovation of two bathrooms in our home. We selected Joe's company from three proposals mostly due to the completeness and professionalism of his documentation. We had a thorough understanding of the projects cost and the cost assumptions well before the work started. His sub-contractors were highly skilled. Joe was excellent in all regards. He was professional and honest, willing to both offer his expert opinion and to listen to what i wanted. He communicated with me so well - in person, on the phone, via text message, and through email. Our project was a shower remodel, removing the builder standard shower and putting in a tiled shower and frameless glass doors. Everyone who worked on the shower remodel was licensed. Joe monitored the subcontracors closely. Any questions or concerns i had, he dealt with promptly. Ther were a few glitches, like when some pipes needed to be moved or the shower door company decided the doors were flawed. These things were out of Joe’s control, yet he worked hard to keep the work flowing. Now we have our beautiful new shower, in part because of Joe’s advice throughout the remodel. He has an excellent aesthetic sense which i came to trust more and more as i realized that what he suggested looked great. I would hire him again (and probably will) with confidence. Joe and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. When I showed Joe a tile sample my son had selected for his bathroom remodel, Joe was quick to point out that the red clay back side of the tile would most likely show through in the white grout lines, and suggested that we select a different tile. Joe was patient in answering all of my questions, and was the only contractor of 3 who bid on the project to recommend a professional cleaning of my son's tub first (much lower cost) vs. total replacement of the tub. Joe's pricing was very reasonable, the project met budget, and the shower/tub remodel is beautiful! I would highly recommend Peltier Building and Remodeling.

Joe from Peltier Building was by far the easiest and most professional company we hired to do the many projects on our new home. We had a pool installed, finished the basement and more and we had this one section of the house with low ceilings, lots of pipes, electrical hanging, all sorts of sloppy home builder stuff was done to this room, 2 of our other current contractors we had on the site that did this sort of work all said no thanks to the job, Joe came in and knocked it so far out of the park, it's beautiful! No headaches, so professional, he will be THE ONLY person we hire in the future!

Joe renovated two bathrooms in our home! He transformed two very small outdated rooms into modern, highly functional spaces. The rooms turned out exactly as I envisioned them. Joe has done two remodeling projects for us; our kitchen and master bath. Both projects were done on time, and in budget. Joe was trustworthy and conscientious while working in our home. He had a great relationship with his sub contractors and managed all aspects of the project in a professional manor. As a remodeling contractor, Joe Peltier is second to none. He completes the work with great pride and meticulousness, as if it were for his own house. He most recently completed a master bathroom remodeling project for us, as we were preparing to sell our house, and it came out beautifully. A couple of years ago, he also completed a major remodeling project for our kitchen and main floor of the house. What makes Joe special is all of the attention to detail, his smooth coordination of the entire project, and his gift for converting each project into a work of art. Not only that, but he is easy to communicate and work with, very honest and forthright, and quite personable. Joe Peltier has has done several projects (major and minor) that have consistently met or exceeded our expectations. His costs are competitive and the quality of the work done has always been excellent. The projects have been for our previous 50 year old house in CLT, and our new "downsized" house in Indian Trail. I have no reservations in recommending him. Quality of work, fair price, ethical/responsible person -- cannot beat that.

We have used Joe Peltier for two bathroom remodels. Our half bath/laundry area was changed to include more cabinet space and counter. The master bath was completely gutted and needed new plumbing, tile floor,new walk-in double shower which was tiled. We were very pleased with the quality of work and ideas for the layout that would work in the areas. We absolutely love both baths !

We couldn’t be happier with our choice of Peltier Building and Renovation to remodel our master shower. Initially we signed a contract with someone who had done work for neighbors. He failed to show up on the date promised and kept delaying our start date. It took a letter from an attorney to get our deposit back. Lesson learned, we sought proposals from three highly-rated kitchen and bath contactors. Joe Peltier provided a detailed, competitive estimate and impressed us with his professionalism and commitment to quality. Throughout the construction process, great care was taken to protect the floors and the work site was cleaned up every night. Joe made every effort to stay on schedule. He quickly found a great alternative when we decided we weren’t happy with one of our material choices. He takes great pride in his work and uses professional and courteous sub-contractors including Marlon, a master tiler who did a beautiful job on our shower. We highly recommend Peltier Building and Renovation. Description of work: Remodeled and enlarged our master shower. Removed existing shower enclosure and door, replacing them with a tiled shower, new frameless glass enclosure and new hardware. Reduced height of existing wall to provide more light in shower.
