With accredited interior designers heading the private client group, Set To Sell creates its interiors for production development model homes, custom build model homes, and Independent agent listings through furniture leasing, General design consulting, Space planning of furniture placement and preliminary from matrices, custom designing and fabricating furniture, and re-merchandising properties using existing product acquired by the client. About Us: In early 2007, Bee Little had no idea that she would become Birmingham's most in demand home stager by July that year. She was enjoying flipping lake houses and furnishing them to sell, when an agent approached her requesting that Bee stage one of his listings. The house had been on the market for almost six months with little to no interest, but Bee agreed to stage it with furniture from her lake house and just see what happened. Bee worked a miracle to say the least, the house had an offer at the next showing! The best form of advertising is word of mouth, and word traveled fast that Bee's staging had garnered such quick results. By July of 2007 Set to Sell had formed, and had several loyal and loving clients. Now it's 2018 and Set to Sell has come so far and grown so much in the past ten years. Today, we have clients all over the South East and service over 100 builders and real estate agents here in our home city of Birmingham, AL. While we started as a home staging company only, our list of services has greatly expanded since 2007.
