There was an incorrect product shipped originally. I was BEYOND IMPRESSED with how TileBuys handled the situation. Customer service like this is hard to find. If you can possibly find a product that you like through them, I highly encourage you to support this business based upon their excellent customer service and product quality.

AMAZING COMPANY! INCREDIBLE PRODUCT! I was looking for some tile that would truly be special and gorgeous for my shower floor. I found TileBuys and their selection was beyond what I could imagine! I had a few questions, and Jason offered to speak to me directly. He talked me through the process, from how much to buy, what color and type of grout would accent the tile the best, and he even sent me instructions for precisely how to use the grout to get the best result. TileBuys not only has an incredible selection, but their quality and prices and customer care are the best I've ever experienced. I am ecstatic with the results and will always go back to TileBuys for all my tile needs - for any room in the house!!

Tilebuys was amazing to work with. A customer asked me to make a super tiny Master bathroom stand out. It was a difficult request consider how tiny and old the existing conditions were. I went straight to Tilebuys and he had the perfect solution. We replaced a window with glass blocks and they accent the marble perfectly. The homeowner loves his new marble walk-in shower. Helped me with a few install tips and is very knowledgeable. Tilebuys is my go-to!

For the quality of material and quality of service tilebuys cant be beat. Some tiles in stock can't be found anywhere else. The idea that custom tile patterns can be made through tilebuys is what really sets them apart. Every finished project that I've seen with product from tilebuys has always impressed me.

Jason was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. He not only made suggestions as to how to install the beautiful marble tile we purchased for our kitchen backsplash, he talked me through measuring for a perfect fit. He even sent extra tile to be sure we had enough for the project. The end result is absolutely stunning and, at a most reasonable price.
