Magleby Construction - Sun Valley

We have continued to have a positive experience working with Magelby Construction building our new home. Everyone involved has been respectful, courteous and at times, made even what seemed impossible, possible. With the chaos due to the current housing/building crisis, they have been great at keeping us up to date on any delays. Their follow up, now that we have moved into our home, has been spectacular, even with the most minute details that have arisen. We have recommended Magelby (and will continue to do so) to anyone that has inquired about our beautiful home.

The Magleby Team is very organized and professional, and completes projects on time and under budget, with a high degree of quality. Would not hesitate to use them again, and in fact, we are starting a renovation project with them later this month.

Magleby Constuction did a phenomenal job on our recent remodel in Sun Valley, Idaho. The entire crew far exceeded our expectations in every way. From the beginning design process with Chad Webster's incredible architectural and project management talents, to a fast and easy demo, to reconstruction everything was done with the utmost professionalism, care, attention to detail and perfection. We also loved working with Mike Bullock throughout the project. We are over joyed with the end result of turning a small run down cabin with outdated everything into an incredible modern home with a brand new kitchen, dining room, living room, adding two bathrooms and completely remodeling two bathrooms, added a new loft with a dormered roof, all new windows, all new floors, walls, lighting, deck roof etc all in only eight months!!! We are over the moon happy with the end results. Thank you so much Magleby!!!

Magleby is a top notch builder. We live in the Bay Area and our new townhome is in Sun Valley. It can be difficult to build a new home in another city but Magleby made it an enjoyable process. Destry Simpson was our Project Manager and he was amazing to work with. We were able to design and build our entire home through emails and photographs, visiting the construction site only once. We changed a number of the finishes and adjusted the floor plan. Magleby could not have been more accommodating in making sure our home turned out perfectly. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional! They were constantly updating us on any costs associated with our change orders. When issues arose, they communicated with us immediately. But, most importantly, it was a delightful experience working with Destry, Nate and the rest of the Magleby team. We can not recommend them more highly!!!
