Established in 1982, by Owner/Operator Eddie Avanessian, Baltic Contractor has been providing quality and cost efficient plumbing & construction services throughout Southern California. The early stages of Baltic Contractor started in 1979 in Los Angeles, California where I began as an independent Plumbing Contractor. After a few years working as a plumber, I also obtained my Electrical and General Contractor license to further expand my services and customer base. Consequently, I was able to successfully manage concurrent construction projects with overlapping deadlines. Over the course of 30 plus years, I have tackled both small and large commercial and residential projects in the Greater Los Angeles area. In addition, I completed a large luxurious custom home in Lake Oswego, Oregon as well as major renovations for a home in Las Vegas, Nevada. Currently, I operate exclusively in the Los Angeles Area, providing exceptional customer service and completing both small and large projects within budgets.
