We were very happy with the level of service! They stepped up when we had a contractor leave and took responsibility to make sure the project was done right and in a reasonable time frame. We were very happy with the work done! Billy was available when we needed him for consultation and answers. Both bathrooms look wonderful! Great job everyone at Benjamin! And thank you!

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Benjamin Plumbing. Their work was completed on time and perfect. The Project Manager was thorough, their workmen totally competent and friendly. I have used and know many contractors and Benjamin Plumbing exceeded all expectations.

They came, they diagnosed, they suggested, they followed through. In addition, they taught me how to care for systems, made suggestions for ways to save money, and then performed the repairs and replacements faster than usual to accommodate my schedule. They even did it all while I was away, and took care to leave the house in fine condition. I've hired them before and I will hire them again when needed. I can't say enough good things about them.

Benjamin Plumbing has been an important team member on our projects. We have worked with Dennis Hilsenhoff for years on countless kitchen and bath remodels. His professionalism, knowledge, organization, and humor have proven useful, especially when the occasional problem arises after walls or floors are opened up. There are times we'll be on site running through a list of ideas and "What Ifs" to solve a problem efficiently and as cost effectively as possible. He's quick to gather his Benjamin Plumbing team together to work on it and solve it in a timely manner, which is integral to keeping our projects on schedule.

I called Benjamin Plumping for a service call, not a huge project. My garbage disposal was on the fritz. They sent someone quickly, the service man was on time, friendly, and transparent. We ended up replacing my junk disposal for a shiny new one. One simple flat fee for service and parts, quick installation. Since we recently purchased our home, it was interesting that the plumber had been in the house and could give us some insight on what work he had previously done there. We learned a couple of things to watch out for! I would call them again for any service I need.
