We’ve been working with Steve for about three years, and he’s hands down the best plumber we’ve ever had. Within the last 6 months, Steve installed a failing water heater, then 5 months later, the coil in the furnace, then 3 weeks later the boiler cracked and we had to replace the entire furnace. Each time, he went above and beyond in every way. He cleaned up all the old corroded piping, replaced everything with new ball valves, and treated our home like it was his own. Steve is the kind of person you instantly trust: genuine, kind, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. His communication, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched, and his pricing is extremely fair. You can tell he truly cares about doing right by his customers. We couldn’t recommend him more highly!

Steve did a great job for me. He fixed my broken ice maker line quickly and efficiently. He's friendly and was a pleasure to work with. His fee was absolutely reasonable. I'll definitely call Steve again if and when I have a need for a plumber.

I had a leak under my sink as a result of us trying to convert a two drain sink to a single drain sink. I called on a Sunday morning, he was there within the hour. Didn’t take payment until the job was completed the following day. I requested that he arrive at 7:30 am, and 7:15 he was outside. Clean, fast and friendly service. Thank you.

Holiday weekend and came out promptly on a Sunday, when none of the competition wanted to. Fixed a leaky bath tub and identified a basement flooding source. Highly recommended.

Stephen was hired by our GC for our new home. He is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. He screams out the window to his worker, throws garbage everywhere and doesn’t clean up after himself, makes an unnecessary mess, is rough with his equipment in and out ruining trim and drywall and is just plain rude. I would not recommend this man at all.
