Needed my sewage drain cleaned. Contacted this company. Brian snaked the drain. I knew it was strange and even mentioned to him, that he didn't retrieve anything on the line. Hours later, same problem re-occurred. He just moved the clog 15ft down the line instead of clearing it like he claimed. Called him back immediately and he said he would return to fix the problem. He never returned. He stopped answering his phone and texts after he tried to get me to fix it myself! After 24hrs of waiting in the house for him, I requested my money back at least. He rejected my payment request digitally. No further human response after he was paid and left. Never got my money. Never got a return call. If I could give 0 stars I would. Beware! This guy does not stand by his work. Pay by check only so hopefully you can cancel it after his job fails and before he gets paid!!!

Sorry that you feel this way. It’s difficult to work when someone replaced your main stack for your drain lines and did not glue the pvc pipes together as well the tenants above kept flushing there toilets to keep sewage coming all over the floor. Despite No. glued pipes and toilets being flushed sending sewage directly at me. I snaked continued to do my job and ran 75’ of cable through the line was unit the clog was cleared as we tested all your plumbing fixtures with no issues. Please contact me to resolve this.
