First Response Plumbing

Not happy with their work at all. Had to call them back and they left grease on closet carpet, walls and door and used a new towel to wipe grease without asking me. They had to come out 3x to get it right and even then, they didn't caulk around shower control. They left a complete mess and journeyman scared me to death. He was nice at first to my dog but when he came back after I complained about his work, he threatened to hurt my dog if my dog came near him. I was very uncomfortable having him in my home. Owner was extremely nasty to me when I told him that repair was not completed to my satisfaction and carpet was getting wetter due to less than adequate repair. They do come out quickly though but that's the only positive. Would not use again nor recommend.
