Kartchner plumbing provided an excellent service for our home. #1 They showed up on time and ready to work. #2 They didn't have a service charge just for showing up, their advice was free. #3 They showed us how to get quality parts and save money in the process. #4 They were very reasonably priced. Not bargain basement but just a fair price for their work. #6 They have family members working on their crew, which made the accountability factor go way up. This was evident. I usually like to try and do my own repairs but in this case i would call Kartchner Plumbing again. They do the job better than i can while still providing a value that i can justify paying for
