Anthony repaired my toilet. He was on time (the time window was 8-10 and he was here a couple of minutes before 8, which I appreciate, so I am not waiting) and took the time to explain everything in detail. Very polite and respectful. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I will definitely use On Time again - and ask for Anthony!

Technician Jason responded in a timely fashion and quickly fixed our kitchen drain. Jason was extremely friendly and accommodating. Every aspect of our interaction, from initial contact to final outcome was fantastic. I received both email and text messages on when the technician would be at my house, and even received a photograph of the technician and his name before he arrived. Very professional business in my opinion. I would highly recommend On Time Home Services, and especially Jason.

On Time Home Services lived up to their name. Anthony was on time and very courteous upon arrival. It was a small project installing a trap on the bathroom sink, but he made it top priority to make sure it was done right. And tested everything for leaks. I will be calling On Time Home Service in the future on project that come up.

I bought a new dryer from "an appliance place" and in order to get them to install it, i had to buy all new hoses and gas line. well, turns out that the gas line was not the right size, and the installer wouldn't install it. i got my money back (for the installation AND the gas line) and called Benjamin Franklin. The guy was at my place within two hours, took about ten minutes to install the gas line, and another ten minutes for the exhaust hose (tricky angles). Over all, it was about a half-hour of service. The guy was cheerful and super-efficient.
