Danny came to my rescue on a Holiday weekend. He was very prompt and very professional. He walked me through all the plumbing work that was needed to fix the job. I have been a customer of OC Plumbing for many years. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Jonathon was amazing. He was prompt, very helpful, talked me through the plumbing changes he would be making, and after he left I learned I needed something else done before Lowe’s could install my washer/dryer, and he quickly came back. I appreciated it. I also appreciate the person on the phone who immediately called him when they realized the urgency. Jonathon was quick, efficient and professional. Steven was professional and handled the project very well. Good service and highly recommend. Problem was handled quickly.

Henry assisted us in fixing a clogged sink with leaks in our master bathroom. Much work involved. Great job in fixing the problem as well as saving us money by finding that we did not need what was initially in our quote. He worked hard to complete the job and it appears that all is good now that the work is done. Highly recommend.

Steven R. & Jesse replaced my pvc main line with copper after I got a dime size hole. Instead of a quick fix and have a problem with the line again I replaced the whole line and it’s better then ever. Amazing job & I recommend their company 100%.

Had a shower fixture installation, replacing one that was 30 years old. Tough job, needed a skilled technician. We got one. Jeff did a fantastic job, bringing me along in the process, and he was a nice guy thru the whole thing. Real glad I called Orange Coast Plumbing. Thanks so much , John M.

I had multiple issues in both bathrooms, my kitchen and the main drain. Alex came out from Orange Coast, as I had requested him, and did an amazing job in redoing, fixing, and upgrading my problems. I will be using them to Line my Main Sewer Line. Ales has a lot of knowledge about all things related to plumbing, and above all he takes the time to explain and show the customer what has to be done and does it. Thank You Alex! Judy DePhilips

Beware of Orange County Plumbing and Heating. Needed a new small sump pump for a drain. Cost $200 to tell me I needed a replacement which was why I called them in the first place.Then sent me an invoice estimate for $567 to replace it (they retail between $50-130) and also replace the electrical wiring underground for safety. I ok'ed it. Next time after 1 hour, the serviceman said he couldn't do the electrical but demanded full payment. I refused and spoke to someone in the office who agreed I'd pay half and they would send an electrician to finish the job. I never heard from the electrician. After two months I called an electrician who charged me $300 to redo the electrical safely. I informed them that I did this and let them know I would not pay the remainder. They sent me another invoice with different language about the electrician and demanded full payment or they would take me to court. They were deceitful on the second invoice, they threatened me, insulted me, and hung up on me when I tried to straighten out the problem. DO NOT USE THEM. Ironically, they sent me an email requesting a positive review that said if something wasn't right I should let them know. All they want is the money--and they overcharge besides.

The service was fast to arrive, fix the issue, and was a reasonable price. He also left the area clean as he came in.

Again OCP saves my day my water heater went out at my home. Nolan came by on a Saturday he had my old heater out and new one in job done and completed in three hours. Clean Polite and it came out nice! I have a couple other things I will have him out doing other stuff soon. PS times are crazy right now and it was nice to have this young man out taking care of business. Thank you.

I recommend Orange Coast Plumbing highly! I called to schedule service and they were able to come out same day (within a few hours) and fix the problem right away. Keith was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would use them for services in the future!
