Just had our ducts & furnace cleaned & serviced by Pete the Plumber. As soon as the guys came in the front door they explained what they would be doing, how long it would take & what the cost was. In the past number of years we turn to Pete & his team, whether it be, plumbing, replacing our Poly B pipes, hot water tank etc. It's so nice to have someone you can rely on. The customer service team is awesome also.

We have had technicians from Pete the Plumber out to our home for several different jobs over the years including replacing our poly b piping throughout our home. Every technician has been polite, professional and treated our home with respect as if it was their own. We will always call Pete the Plumber first as they have competitive pricing and we trust them 100%. Shout out to Kenny who has now been here 2x in less than a year and has completed the job quickly and is always pleasant. What a great company Pete the Plumber is!!!

Hello, I contacted Pete the Plumber on Wednesday October23 via the website. Alice contacted me immediately and listened to my furnace concerns. It's a busy time of year and of course PTP is very busy. Alice said she would put out a call the the HVAC people to see if anyone could come to my house ASAP. Alice managed to let me know that Brad could come by on Thursday October 24. Alice is amazing and I can't thank her enough, she put my mind at ease. Now Brad did the service call, let me know what the issue is and he will be back to fix my furnace. Thank you, Judy

They couldn't unclog my sewer line but still charged me, recommended I call the City, when I did so I found out the City will do that for free as a City service. I feel like a reputable plumber would have just told me this when I contacted them.

Now a huge fan of Pete the Plumber and will not hesitate to single-source any plumbing and HVAC work to Pete in the future. Company performed four different jobs for us: (1) Replaced all Poly-B supply lines in finished home with PEX (2) moved walkout bar drain, vent and supply plumbing which included concrete pad cutting and restoration (3) installed 3-bay garage NG forced air heating and (4) sourced and replaced 2 custom toilets. All work was fulfilled as quoted, to time frame promised, and was executed with absolute professionalism, knowledge and by staff who was engaging, committed and disciplined. Very happy repeat customer.

I hired Pete the Plumber to do several jobs in one day. Their quote was very competitive and the three gentlemen that came to do the work were very considerate, friendly and quick. I had a hot water tank installed, the furnace cleaned, a new tap installed and my drains snaked. The only small complaint I have is that I wanted them to get rid of a smell in my kitchen sink and although they thought they found the problem, they did not and the smell persists. I have not called them about this so it is my own fault really. Everything else was done very well. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in the Calgary area.

They replaced a leaking toilet in my house. The plumber was very knowledgeable The plumber upgraded the base of the toilet which was the reason it was leaking. They removed the old toilet and materials. The job was completed in a little over an hour. The new TOTO toilet works beautifully. Very happy with their service. Very professional job. I would recommend them to a friend. Cost of the job was reasonable for the work and material provided.
