Pipe Cleaners Plumbing

They were contracted to install a shower drain line, hot water heater, kitchen appliances in a vacation rental. Totally unpleasant and unprofessional experience. Shower drain not level, smeared caulk all over and around my new sink, then scratched the stainless trying to fix it. Yelled at me when I said to stop scratching the sink. Still haven't been able to get all the caulk off. Failed inspection thanks to no drain line from hot water heater. When they came to install it, they wanted to put the PVC line halfway up the wall (what???). Drilled an extra hole in the block exterior because they couldn't measure right. Used my shop vac to clean up a water spill, just took out the vacuum bag and left it on the floor and the water in the vac. Never asked if they could use it. I had to clean up after them every single time. If they dropped something on the floor, there it stayed. Wanted to discuss these issues with the owner, he told me to talk to the employees myself. When I twice asked again to speak to him at the location, he said he'd meet me and never showed. I sent him a letter and asked for an invoice. Never received one. Utterly cocky and unprofessional. I'll be happy to show their "work" to anyone.
