Our company has been a family owned and operated business for over twenty five years. Although we remain a small company by comparison to some of our competitors, currently 1 truck for service and 2 for construction, our customers have only benefited from the downsizing. We don't need to tie up a crew on your job all day, we have several calls to make, and we want to finish your job as quickly as possible so we can go help someone else. Jack Hayes, our Part Owner and Master Plumber started as a plumber's helper. He opened Jack Alvan Hayes Plumbing and Heating in 1984, and transferred it into Plumb-Rite Services in 2000. He has worked in both commercial and residential new construction, remodeling, and repair service. When she's not in the office or doing her own work, (yes, she does plumbing as well) she rides with Jack, getting first hand knowledge of the business.
