I recently experienced a homeowner's nightmare... a cast iron sewer line underneath the basement floor deteriorated and broke, and water backed up everywhere. That is a large and potentially expensive problem to fix. I called Priority Plumbing. They were very busy, with a long waiting list. However, Pat worked in an appointment for the very next day, and brought a crew out on a Saturday. They broke into the floor, replaced the bad section of pipe, patched it, cleaned up, all in under 2.5 hours. They noticed an impending problem with another pipe, and fixed that, too. They were right on time, they were careful about protecting the carpet, they cleaned up. They were very professional and kind, the final bill was beyond reasonable.
