Avoid. Hired Mark to clear main sewer line. He repeatedly said, "we're going to clear the line to the sewer main, then camera it slowly all the way back so you can see it's clear." 3 visits & $900 later (cash--Mark likes to avoid the IRS), he still didn't do what he said he'd do. 1st visit charged for jetting & camera'ing the line, but said he needed to bring other camera b/c it had stronger line. 2nd visit re-charged for camera'ing line with "stronger" camera but said needed to be snaked. 3rd visit brought 150' snake to clear a root-ball 175' from clean-out. Failed (of course), then tried to tell me the root-ball we were looking at on the camera "wasn't a problem" & "shouldn't be disturbed b/c it would stimulate it to grow." Untrustworthy & unreliable (over an hour late to each apptmt). Recommend you find someone who won't cheat you & the taxman.

I called mark out to clear a sewage drain in a rental unit. He was there the same day, actually within a couple of hours. He went right to work and within 45 minutes he had the drain flowing freely once again. Turns out my tenant was flushing baby wipes and they finally clogged the sewage system for the entire building. Mark had to run his line about 100 feet but he finally got the clog. He was very professional and demonstrated expertise that can only come from years of experience. (price was very reasonable as well) I highly recommend Mark at Pro Power Roooter
