Yesterday I woke to water all over my kitchen floor! Made a phone call to a few plumbing services! Noone had time ! I even had one company tell me they could fit me in in what would be five days from now! When I exclaimed I had water coming out all over my floor the person on the phone said " Don't you have a bucket???" Rudely I might add!
Then I called Ray Page! A nice gentleman by the name of JP answered! I told him my story! He proceeded to tell me he may be able to get me in right away!
He told me to hold on for a second! He came back to the phone and told me he could get me in between 12:00 and 2:00! Needless to say I was thrilled and relieved!
I love their set-up! They send you a confirmation of the time..who your service worker will be and their picture! How cool is that!
My service worker was Chris! I got a phone call saying Chris was done with previous job and could be there in about a half hour!
Chris arrived shortly! He introduced himself went to look at the project and gave me plenty of options on products and pricing! I never felt strong-armed,.I always felt all decisions were mine!
Chris got to work and was totally professional! He had a great work ethic and great sense of humor ! I appreciate both! Before long the job was done and the horrible situation was behind me!
If I ever need a plumbing job done I am calling Ray Page FIRST!!!!!
I think I will ask for Chris to do the job also!
Prices were reasonable also! I'm just happy in every aspect of my choise!
