Saylor Plumbing and Heating

Used this plumber a couple of years ago and was very happy with the job he did so when my septic lift pump stopped working I called him. He responded Mon and said he should be able to get out to do the job in a couple of days. Wed he updated that to say he would be here Thurs so I was fine with that. Thurs came and he said he would have to change it to Fri at 8am. Again, I said OK. Thurs night he emailed to say he had to order a pump and it would arrive Fri and he would be out to replace it once he got it. Emailed him at 10:30 to get an update and didn’t hear back so at close to 2pm I called. He then proceeded to inform me he was on another job and wouldn’t be coming out at all. Also, added he was away all next week. So, I have now wasted 5 days getting this repair done when I could have found someone else if he’d just been upfront with me. Extremely unprofessional!

I called Saylor's at 830am on a Saturday morning of a long weekend, in less than 2 hours Aubrey had been to my house, fixed the problem and made sure everything was working before he left. I could not have asked for better service! Very impressed

Came in and installed two sump pump‘s put an extra drain pipe in and when one of the pump stopped working came back quickly to install a upgraded pump and only charged for the pump upgrade . Very satisfied with the work and warranty response time , recommend to anybody .

We hired Saylor plumbing to help renovate our bathroom. He did a great job, he came when he said he would and stuck to his quote. We couldn't be happier and would recommend him.
