Swift Plumbing

Horrible customer service, waited a month for someone to come out, when the tech comes out he finds several issues and leaves. Over a week later I can't get anybody to call me back, I have left 2 messages with the person that quotes the work and nothing. I bought their $500.00 service plan 5 months ago and I've got a house with 1/3 of it's heat working and it's dropping below freezing tonight. All this while girlfriend is dealing with chemo, definitely regret working with Swift. UPDATE: So after waiting over 6 weeks for an appointment and bid to repair heat in the home, I get a price of $3273. for (2) $400. manifolds and (1) $200. recirculating pump which I was told would take half a day to install. Thank God I bought their Maintenance Agreement which gets me Maximum Discounts on all repairs, Discounts on Service Pricing and Priority Customer Status or I'd be screwed!! 44 Days I waited in a cold house for that. Update: Called for service Nov. 2nd, today is Dec. 24th (day 52) still no repairs. It's going to be below freezing for the next week, as low as 14 degrees. We have purchased space heaters and have them running, but wake up to 58 degrees in the house, it's going to be a cold Christmas. And remember we purchased the Service Agreement for "Priority Customer Status".

Very professional, knowledgable about radiant heat, and efficient in fixing problems with the system. The individual who worked on repairing the system took the time to explain what was wrong, what parts would be required, quickly repaired the damaged part, and tested the system to ensure there were no other problems.
