Megan is a Certified Public Accountant and Tim is a Master Plumber. With 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry, Top Tier specializes in custom new construction and remodeling for residential and commercial customers as well as service work. Whether your project is a new kitchen faucet, or an entire kitchen in your new house, Top Tier focuses on developing a lasting relationship with their customer that will serve them the entire duration of their ownership, not just the length of the project. Top Tier Plumbing designed, supplied and installed all the plumbing for our new lakehouse and adjacent artists studio. The owners, Tim and Megan Schumann, are terrific to work with - in fact, they are the most professional, knowledgable and responsive company we have ever worked with. They are responsive via phone and email pretty much 24/7. They are not only exceptional, safe and resourceful master plumbers, but they know the area and recommend what works best for the conditions. They are also extremely knowledgable about plumbing hardware and manufacturers; Megan's recommendations about what to order were spot on. Finally, all the other sub contractors who worked on our home appreciated working with Top Tier as they are dependable, first class, knowledgable and NICE. We worked with all the plumbers who work with Top Tier; they are all GREAT. I highly recommend this company and would not bother bidding anyone else.
