I am a Disabled American Veteran, sad that I have to post this.
2011 I had this sump pump installed and it has never been installed correctly. I have has over the years for this company to come and fix this. Unfortunately, they do not seem to want to work anything out. My family has never touched this, and it’s been like this ever since they installed it. They came to our house only to say they wouldn't drive over our field to get to the septic tank. They charged us $120 when they didn't do anything! They never said anything about a fee for not pumping before. They've driven over the field in the past! Not using this company again.
