Boris was absolutely awesome. I had my outside rear tap replaced by another plumber 3 years ago. It was leaking so I called Boris. He recommended spending a little extra and putting on a quarter turn handle. It was the best money that I spent all summer. I actually called him and had the tap in my garage replaced with the same tap. I have Boris saved in my phone and he is MY plumber. I am a tough guy to please and I must admit that I am 100 % happy with his work and his suggestions.

Boris replied to our message very quickly, and was able to get the job done much sooner then Expected. He was helpful, answered all questions and was able to complete the job more affordable then we thought. Would highly recommend!

We called Universal when moving into a new home to tackle some of the issues that we picked up during inspection. Boris talked me through all the features of our plumbing, resolved the issues and even made some tweaks to our sump pump to make it a more reliable in the future. Hired Boris to do both the rough in and the final installation on our new bathroom. In both cases Boris did an excellent job and I am confident in the quality of his workmanship. We hired Boris because he actually had experience with European taps. Other plumbers that we called had no idea on how to install them. Now we have a beautiful new bathroom and love the job that Boris did. We would recommend Boris for any of your plumbing needs.

We just completed a full basement renovation complete with a washroom and a kitchen. Boris did all the plumbing. After doing a superb job, we hired Boris again to do a battery back up for our sump. Boris was efficient, clean, and professional. Boris even called us to confirm that everything was working well which exceeded our expectations.
