The service rendered by Jay Pool service wasn’t to the quality/standard expected from a professional pool service company. His service put our lives in danger as the chlorine level was so high that it caused eye blindness for 16 hours. When I mentioned it to Jay he said “I didn’t know that you guys were using the pool”. He never told us not to use the pool. We never had this problem before until Jay started servicing our pool. When we started questioning Jay about the pool he got irritated and refused to service our pool after being paid for the month.
