What a great experience from start to finish. First, the response to my customer inquiry was quick, and Raena was very helpful in connecting with the designer assigned to my project. Eva Shiroma connected with me the next day and was flexible to work with my hybrid work schedule. Eva came to my home. She was so kind and was a pleasure to meet and work with. Eva could pick up on our style, give us options, and incorporate some of our feedback into the design. Eva prepared a design for us and nailed it. The most straightforward thing stood out for us: adding backing to the wardrobe closet. The other companies said we didn't need it, but having the backing gives the custom closet a complete finish. Claudio was the installer of the custom closet, and he was professional from start to finish, from protecting our floors by laying cloth on the floor to making sure to take the time to bring the closet to life. It was such a fantastic experience. I will work with Eva and Claudio in the future. Thanks again, Closet Solutions. You were amazing.

Working with Closet Solutions was fantastic! Our designer Melinda was super helpful, provided us with an amazing design for both our closets, and walked us through the whole process. I spent all of last summer searching for the perfect closet company, and I am so happy I found Closet Solutions! After speaking to a few different closet places, I made the decision to go with Closet Solutions. I have a large reach-in closet in my bedroom and wanted to build a custom closet that would be beautiful as well as functional. I wanted a design that would utilize the space to its greatest capacity. I had a wonderful experience with Closet Solutions! My designer Alzbeta was fabulous. She was easy to work with and patiently went through many different options and designs with me. I also loved that they had a huge catalogue of options when it came to colors and materials. I had a very specific color and texture in mind, and I was able to find exactly what I wanted. I decided on a color called Tea Time which is a rich brown laminate and looks fantastic in my bedroom. When it was time for the installation, Raena was able to get me scheduled quickly, so I was able to get the closet done before I started back at work in August. Some of the companies I had spoken with the previous summer had told me it would take up to 3 months to schedule the installation. Closet Solutions scheduled my installation within a few weeks. Raena was extremely helpful and communicated all the details clearly. On the day of installation, Joseph showed up on time and worked hard to do a beautiful job installing my closet! He was very friendly and provided all the details about what he was doing and how long it would take. He took care to make sure the closet was installed perfectly and was careful to leave the area sparkling clean and looking good when he was finished. The real testament to how awesome they are came when I noticed some small glue material on one of the drawers after they left. I called Raena, and she made sure Joseph got back to me within a day or two. When he came, he not only removed the glue but spent a good deal of time adjusting some drawers and other things. I am a little OCD, and I like everything to be just perfect. Joseph was amazingly patient and helpful, adjusting shelves and making sure everything was just the way I wanted it. From beginning to end, working with Scott and his team was a professional and an easy experience. We purchased a new house and only had one single rod in all our closets. They used computer models of our space to show all the combinations we could use. We did 3 closets in the house and put cabinets on the wall in the garage. The team was very organized and only took 2 days to get all the work done.

This job was tough because Closet Solutions had to add a cabinet next to one done by another company years ago. They were able to match materials and the new cabinets look great. You cannot distinguish major visual differences and they look like they were done at the same time. Further, Closet Solution came on time and finished early. They did a great job!

Our contractor recommended Closet Solutions for our clothes closets and pantry. Mike Frost came to measure and give estimates. The entire process was painless with no pressure. We discussed many options. He was very willing to accommodate all the custom ideas we had and helped us choose the options we wanted within the price range we wanted. Color and price options are numerous. The price was reasonable and materials they use are good quality. Mike replied to any communication we sent in a timely manner. He was professional and kind. The installer arrived on time, did excellent work, & completely cleaned up inside & outside before leaving. Very easy to work with the designer, Cheryl Freede, on line. She asked our wants/needs, offered suggestions, & e-mailed us plans. We fine tuned the plans, final in-home measurements were taken, then installation was set up. All I had to do was empty the closets. The finished product is awesome !!

Closet Solutions built my custom home office and linen closet and I am delighted with the finished product. From the start, Scott, the owner was personable and very helpful. He had Alzbeta, one of his lead designers work with me and she was wonderful. In this Covid era she was able to do almost all the layout and details through the phone and email. She did visit my home to measure and discuss any final details. When the installation day arrived, which was about a month later, the two installers were prompt, actually early and they completed the job in one day and left the room spotless. They were very careful with my hardwood floors and put padding down so as not to scratch them. The home office is exactly what I wanted, I would definitely recommend Closet Solutions, they are fair with their pricing, efficient and work to provided exactly what the customer wants.

Closet solutions did an amazing job. I tried to get into contact with a few other providers in the area, but they were horrible. Over changing, poor design, and rescheduled appointments. I called Closed Solutions, and they had someone out to measure the very next day. Work was done on time, budget was reasonable, and the designs they came up with were fantastic. If you're looking for any work done, this is the right company for you. No BS, no nonsense, they get the job done. Am planning on having this company do more work around my house, they are terrific. Connected with Scott through Houzz about 3 months ago and now we have amazing closets in the master, kids, guests, toy room and pantry! Closet solutions does it all with great and thorough designers (request Theresa, she is the best!) and with professional & friendly installers. We were very happy with the turnout and quality of our closets. They are truly custom and the finishes are awesome. They worked with us on pricing and they were very fair. I would highly recommend Closet Solutions to my family and friends, give them a call!

From the first call with Scott we were completely taken care of. Theresa came out within a few days of our initial call and put together a design for our closets. She listened to our needs but she has an eye and had fantastic suggestions. They were able to optimize a ton of storage in our small spaces. Closets by Design did an incredible job with our master bedroom closet, and they did it at a fair price. A custom built closet is definitely an investment, but is totally worth it with the right company. Most of the other quotes we got were significantly more expensive. While more affordable sometimes means a lack of quality, Closets by Design showed that it doesn’t have to. Theresa was great during the design process and extremely responsive. She took our needs and created a plan tailored to us. Lennin, the guy who actually installed the closet, was amazing. He was kind, kept/made sure everything was extremely clean and truly took pride in his work. My husband and I keep randomly saying “I love our closet,” as it looks great and a great way to get the best use of your space! We plan to have the come out in the future for other projects.

Closet Solutions is amazing! They did a great job redesigning and installing my master closet and installing storage in my garage. Ronald, my design consultant, was especially fantastic. He listened to what I wanted and created exactly what I was looking for. I had consulted with a different company prior to closet solutions and was basically treated as if they were doing me a favor. So glad I found closet solutions. I’m so happy with my closets!

We feel so lucky that we chose Closet Solutions to help us with our master closet and garage stores. Alzbeta did an excellent design and Scott, the owner, was very supportive and responsive when we had some issues. And we really appreciate their installation team who are very hardworking and helpful when we have questions. We had two different closet companies give us the cost estimate, and the other one actually offers lower price and can even finish the installation before Christmas. But we still prefer Closet Solutions because we care about after service more than the discount and it proves that we made the right decision. Now when we walk into our new closet, we always feel amazed by the beautiful closets which will surely add value to our house! I'm definitely a happy customer. The installation, material, and quality of work exceed my expectations. They made it easy. We had a slight issue with the initial wood choice in the beginning (I was sold on a material that was not available in the style I wanted), and I did get a bit frustrated due to the holidays and having to invest more time into thinking about something that was suppose to be finalized. Anyways, I lagged on finalizing what material to use as a replacement and took almost two weeks to make up my mind. They were still able to accommodate my choice and we did not have to push back installation! Also, had a miscommunication with my contractor and the house was not fully ready for the closets. The Closet Solution team was able to work around my issues and still finished on time. Highly recommend them, they are always willing to help and make sure you're happy!!!

I love my new closet organizers! I was originally working with a designer who helped me plan for my new closets. Scott contacted me directly to let me know she was no longer working with the company but provided temporary hangers until my install and worked directly with me. The installer was professional and clean. It did not take as much time as expected which is nice.

Everything about this experience was smooth and straight forward and happened as communicated. I got a call from Scott within 24 hours of pposting my interest on their website. Appointments were made, samples seen and measurements taken within the week, and within the month we had 2 new closets.

Our designer, Ronald, did a great job helping us design and refine our layout. The installers, Lenan (sp?) and Alphonso, were really nice fellows and did an outstanding job...especially considering our floor is a couple of inches out of level. Closet Solutions was wonderful to work with. The day I reached out I was contacted by the owner to discuss my needs. (I have a small fitted closet that only needed minor changes and new sliding doors). Immediately following, the designer, , Alzbeta, reached out to schedule a consultation. She offered tons of options and was easy to talk to(and was ok with the pets ). Throughout the process she would text updates and ensure everything I wanted was met. The installers were super friendly and hard working. I have had so many challenges finding good, hard-working, trust worthy people trying to get house projects completed. The experience with this company and specifically Alzbeta was a breathe of fresh air.

They did a great job, they weee there when schuled. On time and the work was completed ahead of schedule. The quality and workmanship was first class. If I ever need closet organizers or doors they will be my first call.

Excellent closet work. Scott managed to beat everybody with his FIRST original estimate and delivered closets 2 weeks ahead of planned schedule. Exquisite quality, installation within 1 day and we could not believe how well it came out. Great personality, punctuality and handling client requests: designs, sketches were done almost instantly. Also, lots of great professional advises on saving costs without compromising on design. My highest recommendations.

I'm very happy with this project from my initial phone call to the company, through the design process, and all the way to the closet installation. When I first contacted Closet Solutions, the office person was able to accurately and politely answer all of my questions. He gave my contact information to a designer, Alzbeta, who called me the very next day to schedule an appointment. Alzbeta was able to come and look at our space the following week. She understood what we needed and designed the perfect solution for us! It was exactly what we needed and within our budget. She was able to schedule our installation for a couple of weeks later. When the installer arrived, there appeared to be some miscommunication regarding our baseboards. We told him that we wanted the baseboards to remain in the closet which meant that the installer had to cut out notches in the closet structure in order for it to fit properly. He explained how it would look and happily set to work making the modification on-site. He did a fantastic job and they look beautiful. I honestly never thought I'd call our closets beautiful, but they really are! We're very happy with both the product and service we received!

I was satisfied with the sales service, the cost, the production and the final product. My sales person Laura was professional and patient. She designed a personalized walk in closet for us. The cost was reasonable, competitive to most place i compared to. The production team was fine, but I didn't like them poking around my bedroom. The final product turned out beautiful. Although there was one missing piece, Laura came back to fix it within a week. Overall I was satisfied with them, I'd recommend them to others.
