Creative Storage

We were having a new home built and decided to go with Creative Storage to do our walk in closet in the Master Bedroom along with our pantry, mud room, laundry room, and all regular closets instead of the wire shelving that is offered with the house. Creative Storage did a Fantastic job and we are happy with all the work that was done in the house and with all the planning that was done beforehand with the sketches so we could decide how we exactly wanted it to look.

We decided that our new home needed a better solution than was offered by the builder. So we went to Creative Storage to look at what they had to offer. They put together a design for both our walk in pantry and the walk in closet in the master. We absolutely made the right decision. We love our pantry and closet. The price was fair, the product and design is outstanding. The person that did the install was courteous and completed the work quickly and without any mess. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Both design consultation and execution of our project were handled with true professional care. After exploring different options, including a DIY kit and a provider across the country, we found Creative Storage in town. They designed a great murphy bed for our guest bedroom that fit our goals and reconfigured two old closets to make them really work. The design sketches looked great, and the final result turned out just as pictured and hoped. Moreover, installation was done by real professionals with lots of experience who treated our house with kid gloves and respect. I can easily recommend Creative Storage

From start to finish creative storage was wonderful in helping design a more user friendly closet and the installation was quick and neat. They also did an excellent job on my mothers and my bedroom closets in 2009.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Creative Storage from start to finish.. They designed and installed a beautiful walk-in closet and then a smaller kitchen closet for me. Everything is a delight when dealing with the team, all the way through the installation. When they leave your house you would never even know they were there, except for the beautiful storage solution left behind! Not a speck of dust. I can't recommend them highly enough. Great personal experience from beginning to end! Designer was well prepared - came to our house, assessed our requirements and provided design options in a week. Installers came about three weeks later and did an outstanding job. There was a very small flaw in the finish on one of the cabinet doors, and they replaced the door at no charge. The only difference between what was described and what was installed, was that we have floorboards along the wall that we were told would be cut to fit the cabinets into, but the cabinet bottoms came pre-cut to fit around the floorboards, leaving a gap between the floorboard and the cabinet, and it's too big to fill with caulk. It looks a little unfinished, but we're getting used to it.
