EasyClosets has a three day price gaurantee... which is a joke. Ordered two custom closet systems early to ensure they were delivered on time (bc they indicated they had a slight backlog), then found out three weeks later there was a sale for 20% off (instead of the original 15%) for July 4th. Closets are still in boxes and they won't price adjust. I'd look elsewhere if you were considering them...

I worked with Traci on my closet, she was fantastic! I gave her the size of my closet, she asked what I was looking for in the closet, she designed it and then delivered 29 boxes to my house. The installation was very easy, just follow the instructions. Everything fit perfectly! She was great! Followed up with me to see how everything went. Perfect! We love our closet and saved a lit of $$.

Ordering was easy, but the actual shipping and figuring out when things were going to arrive was the tough part. Order was supposed to ship on Jul 12th after being ordered on the 5th. 12th comes and goes. I call in to support and get what appears to be a 3rd party answering service twice, finally reaching someone who can answer questions and being told it's going out on the 15th. I get shipping information and all is good to arrive on the 19th. I prep my space for the 19th, pull everything out of the closet and hang it about the house, 8 boxes arrive on the 19th, and I realize 5 are missing. I call back in, reaching the answering service again, receive a call back telling me that the 5 other boxes were shipped seperately and are now arriving on the 22nd. I've now got most of 2 closets worth of hardware spread across my living room, a closet that's spread across the rest of the house, and I'm waiting and hoping things arrive on the 22nd. I haven't even installed yet and it's at 2 stars, I hope you don't have to call in to support because it's an absolute gamble that you can actually reach them, and their ship dates don't appear to align with reality.

We are building a house due to be done early 2020. I was using Easy Closets to design a TON of space (four bedroom closets, a walk-in closet, mudroom, pantry, laundry room, front closet, etc). What I designed was looking like a $20K project. Got a call from a designer who was assigned to "look them over" and help with laundry/mudroom and pantry. I didn't ask for help with the other areas I had already designed. She said that she wasn't sure that Easy Closets was a "good fit" for me because their manager has strict controls over their time. Well, they just lost a large project. So much for "free" assistance with design. For the record, I designed front closet, walk-in master closet, all four bedroom closets, and linen closet myself and only asked for assistance with laundry/mudroom and pantry. That was it. Too time-consuming? See ya. Good luck.

We searched for a lot of different closet options but settled on EasyClosets as they were the best balance of price and quality. We have done two projects, master closet and utility room, and both turned out perfect. We did have a measurement mishap which our representative Patricia and customer service helped rectify without issue. Excellent customer service which for me really represents the quality of the company you are working with. Installation is very straight forward, just follow the directions and take your time and I think you will have great success. I will definitely use EasyClosets for my future storage and organizational needs.

Hi, I just bought a system for one of my bedroom, it costed a little less than 700. ( if you are not in a hurry you might want to wait for December sale or another sale, my price was 10-15% off original price) The sales person contact me on the phone before actually placing the command to confirm with me my design after I put the order. The parts came in the time they estimated, the support replied fast to my questions about shipment tracking , They give you a personalized installation book to match your design plus all the pieces cut per dimension except the bar that sits on the back of the wall that can be cut easily with a oscillator or a saw. It took my husband 2 hours to install them by himself, but it can be done faster. The only thing that are not 100% perfect are the drawer systems, which are a little hard to push, but I think that we are going to fix them this following weekend. I would buy again for them in the future. They are good quality.

I have been very happy with my experience regarding Easy Closets. In 2011, my wife and I had upgraded our master bathroom, and decided to update our master bedroom closet around the same time. We weren't sure how to best use the space at first, but the easy to use applications on Easy Closet's website allowed us to determine which designs would fit and how we could make the most efficient use of space. When we made our order, the shipping was pretty fast. I did not think our closet was all that large (perhaps 6ft by 8ft), but we were astonished to see 15 boxes arrive at our door. It was the ultimate DIY project, much larger than what I had ever assembled from Ikea. The process was not as daunting as it sounds, as there was an inventory listing the number of boxes that should have been delivered, along with a clear box number on each. The instructions were also very clear to follow. The most time consuming part was unpacking all of the materials so that I could lay them out (1/2 day), then putting it together myself (1 day). Although the process was strenuous, we could not have hoped for a better end result. By adding paint to the walls and trim prior to installation, our closet still pops after 3 years! We would definitely recommend Easy Closets for anyone wanting an afforable, custom design.
