These guys showed up bright and early and got right to work. They were communicative through the whole process, and did a fantastic job despite our wacky roof. We had some old water heater solar panels that were left by the previous owners and they helped us work with a professional to make sure the panels were properly drained before Augustine removed them. Mind you, the removed them for an incredibly reasonable price. Bobby, Tony (the big manager guy), and Johnny all were great and I'd gladly recommend their services to anyone looking for a roofer.

Bill and his company are amazing. They provided a great price for my new roof and got me on the schedule ASAP. The materials arrived when expected, the work was done in 1 day. The installers were professional and courteous. And they did this job when the temp was 99 degrees outside, the hottest day we have had all summer so far in 2020. The cleaned up and were out by 6 pm. I am so impressed with this company and their staff, I would recommend them to everyone I know. in fact, my neighbor had her roof done at the same time I did so it was like a 2 for 1 job. These guys are AMAZING. Also, no money up front like several other companies wanted, the invoice came a few days after the job was complete and everything was just as the estimate said.

Augustine Roofing is top notch! From our first call for an estimate to the final delivery, the process was seamless and even enjoyable (if you can call needing a new roof enjoyable). They quoted a fair price, showed up as promised and did an excellent job. Jon and his crew are a class act all the way and really take pride in their work. Property was clean as a whistle when they finished. We highly recommend!

(UPDATE: After posting this I was contacted by Augustine and they promised to make things right. They seem like really nice people and I feel bad writing a negative review. I will update this when the work is over). Bad/bizarre experience. I called and scheduled an estimate to replace the roof and flashing of a bump out in my kitchen as water started leaking in during storms. I had to wait a few weeks for them to come out for the estimate as they were busy, but did so as they had such great reviews. I wish I hadn't. Maurice came out to do the estimate, and while somewhat "salesy" he seemed professional enough. He told me he would send an estimate, but that the bumpout would be less than $1000 to do (it’s basically a large bay window). He did keep trying to get me to sign on to have my whole roof replaced, saying it would need to be done in a year or two anyway and the whole thing would be under $5000. As my home inspector assured me that due to the age of my house not to mention the condition of the tiles it is highly unlikely they are more than 8 years old, I decided to skip this and just go for the bumpout fix. This is where the weirdness began. First Maurice would not send me an estimate for the bumpout, just for the whole roof, for $6240 (?). After I insisted, he sent one for $1750. I called him and asked why it cost so much when he had verbally told me "under $1000" and other companies had also given me estimates around that price point. He responded by sending a revised estimate for $950 with no explanation. This was pretty bizarre behavior and, combined with his very high quote for the entire roof, gave the strong impression that he was basically just charging whatever he felt he could get away with, which made me distrustful of him. I called Augustine Roofing to ask for an explanation and was told that they agreed this was very strange and that a manager would reach out to me. They never did. I called several times asking if there was someone other than Maurice I might work with. Each time I did, Barbara (the lady who seems to generally be the one answering the phone) assured me she would find someone else in management and then would transfer me to Maurice (!?). This happened twice. As he is apparently the only one ever in the office, I finally just told him to please get me scheduled in for the bumpout. He said he would do so, but again tried to push me to replace my entire roof, this time knocking $1560 off of his earlier quote (?!?). When I politely declined and asked just to schedule the bumpout per his estimate he sent an email saying that he "just realized" the $950 estimate was only for a 4x4 area, and that the job would cost more. I called Augustine Roofing again and asked to speak with someone in management/anyone OTHER THAN Maurice, and sure enough was once again transferred to Maurice (thanks Barbara!). I asked what on earth he meant and why he would make such a weird estimate. He just beat around the bush, basically giving the impression that he wasn't going to make any commission on my job so wanted me to buzz off. I obliged. Thanks for having me waste several months messing around waiting for you guys. What a joke.

I did my roofing research. I talked to my neighbors who did the work. I did the math and than called several roofing companies including Augustine. I got several proposals. It was pretty wild. Augustine sent someone who actually installs roofs not a salesperson trying to make a commission. He explained the work to be done, made measurements and emailed me a fair proposal. He did not insist that my wife be present during proposal.

They were readily available for questions and concerns. They were punctual and did what we contracted for. We had satellite dishes that did not work after the installation. Due to them not telling us this could happen we received a refund for the reinstallation of the dishes which was greatly appreciated.

Professional, courteous; outstanding service and at a reasonable cost. My project was small, but the company owner and staff treated me as if I was their sole project.

The company arrived when they said they would, and the cost of the job was very close to the estimate.

We (my next door neighbor and I) chose Augustine Roofing to do our roof because, last year I watched their crews re-roof three of our neighbors homes. I was really impressed at their professional, straight foreword work ethic. Moreover, I watched them go the extra mile and install some sheet metal to an area that was defective on one of the dormers. When I asked my neighbor what they did - she didn't even know they did it, they just saw a problem and sorted it out! So, I made up my mind right there that this was a top notch outfit, and made plans with my neighbor to have our roofs redone this year. Before, and since completion, we are solidly happy with the job Augustine Roofing did and has done. Highest quality work, kept rigidly to their proposed cost and schedule. If you want a no hassle, great quality roof put on your house, Augustine Roofing should be your first choice!!

Augustine employees were awesome. From the time I called and got a quote, through the completion on my roof, couldn't have asked for better customer service. Job was done in the same day, they covered up my yard, deck, garage... They spot checked the entire area when complete, couldn't find any signs they were there except for my awesome looking new roof. Highly recommend this locally owned and operated roofing company.

From start to finish, I was pleased with the quality of work provided by Augustine Roofing. Iani promptly arrived to inspect my roof and provided me with a written estimate within 24 hours for options to either replace my roof or repair it. It was easy to schedule the appointment. I ended up having my roof replaced and was very pleased with the quality of the work performed, including a thorough clean-up of the grounds afterwards.
