They did a wonderful job, easy to work with and came when they said they would. As a contractor on the north shore for 44 years I expect quality and recieved just that from custom installations. I certainly will continue to use their services.

I had some storm damage and needed to replace some siding on my house. I called custom installations and asked for a quote. I had two different salesman contact me regarding replacing the siding for my whole house, which is not what I needed, and when they found out that my homeowners insurance would not cover the entire house, they stopped all contact with me. After several attempts over the course of two weeks, I finally got a response saying it would cost $4,000 to replace the siding that my insurance estimated would be approximately $500 to $700. Guess I am not worth their time.

The folks at Custom Installations were fantastic to work with! They replaces my roof, gutters, some fascia and soffiting after a sever hailstorm. They were quick and professional, did really good work with fine finishing touches. In a couple of places, where I was not completely happy, they sent back a crew to make it right - and they did that quickly and with a smile too. I would use this company again in a heartbeat and I would recommend them to others as well. The customer service is great, the office and sales and support staff are all on board to serve the customer. I could not have been happier with this experience.

Custom Installations did an awesome job replacing my roof and gutters and the crew was very precise and accurate with their work. There was good communication and were able to meet the projected dates from start to finish! The crew also did a complete cleanup after the work was done. I hired Custom Installations to replace my gutters and to address a problem area where some roof angles come together and water pours over the gutter and down the siding. Their rep, Mr Clayton Fritch, came up with a brilliant gutter design. Their workers fabricated that part and most of the others on site. it was really cool to watch. They started, finished, and cleaned up in one day. Great job. I have recommended them to my neighbors and friends. They will have all of my future work.

My remodeling company has utilized custom installation for many of our projects. All workmanship has been of good quality and competitively priced. The projects have all been managed effeciently, brought in on time and within budget. They also have an excellent office staff that responds quickly and irons out the inevitable wrinkles that come with remodeling. I would also add that they are the best custom sheet metal and copper fabricators anywhere! We have been in business for 27 years and have found no need to call anyone else!

Fantastic work...great crew! We could not be happier with the end result. We had several quotes and felt most comfortable moving forward with Custom Installations. They we incredibly patient, detailed and the job site was clean every night.

In the end they made things right, but this was after... Our main contact tried hiring his friends and dad to do the work He would not communicate with the insurance company directly After going silent for months and under legal notice of termination, he coincidentally was fired The company that was referred by Custom to do the interior portion resulted in poor quality work and corners were definitely cut to maximize their profit Our second contact was better, but after the initial visits we never saw him again As I said, in the end we got our house back to normal, but a years worth of struggle and having to manage the project myself to an extent was unsatisfactory

Good Morning, I have worked with Custom Installations on several occasions. Most of the time supplying products for their new builds and remodels. They are professional, accurate and have completed their projects on time that I have seen. I also have had the opportunity to use them on my own home a couple years ago when we had the hail storm. Again they were always on time and did a great job! There was never any mess left when the job was complete.

We have hired Custom Installations many times over the years and have referred them to our clients. We are a Roof Consulting firm and are often involved in unique architectural sheet metal projects that require extreme care and knowledge of copper work, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication. In addition, I have referred them to several of my family members and clients for gutters and downspouts at their home or commercial building. The most recent project I worked with them on is my father in law's new home in Bristol WI. I insisted to the GC and the my father in law that they were the best company to use. I would recommend Custom Installations again.
