We are very happy with the job on our roof by Dior Construction, especially with Frank Trivigno who assisted us through the entire process. Frank answered our emails and phone calls in a timely manner and responded to any questions or we had. It was a pleasure to work with him. The roofing staff was punctual, very professional and did a great job. They protected our property and did an excellent job of cleaning up once the work was completed. We are really happy with the outcome and definitely recommend Dior Construction.

I hired Dior construction to put a new roof on my house and replace my gutters and I can't say enough good things about my experience. As a first-time homeowner, in a market over-saturated with contractors, I've been overly cautious about who I hire to do any work on my home. Dior put me at ease from the beginning. The entire process was laid out in detail and all my questions were expertly answered. Dior gave attention to every detail and left me with a folder of information highlighting the materials he uses, specifics about his company and even copies of the license. Some of the process was digital including contracts and project updates which gave me real-time progress of what was happening. Despite being digitally connected, Dior was also very responsive and made sure to return my phone calls promptly. I knew I made the right decision in hiring them when the project manager called the night before to introduce himself and ask me if I had any questions or concerns. Its small details like this that make you feel like you are in good hands. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They were all safety conscious and made sure the property was clear of obstructions and were tethered when on the roof. The new roof went on quickly and efficiently. They even took care with replacing our weathervane. For a project like this that involves thousands of nails, and even with using giant tarps to contain debris, the project manager patrolled the entire property for any errant nails that might have been missed. No one left the worksite until everything was clean and replaced and I was satisfied with the job. In a time where the building trades do not get the respect they deserve, Dior Construction breaks the stereotypes that contractors are rude, lazy, or money hungry. He runs a company that is based on hard work, trust, and openness which is apparent when dealing with them. They take pride in the work they do and put the customer first.

Gold Star, A+, Outstanding! As a new homeowner I am often skeptical when it comes to hiring a company to do any type of work on my house. I have heard of horror stories from other homeowners, and I have also experienced my own share of issues where the contractors did not perform the work according to plan or properly. Based on this I am inclined to research a company in full detail (i.e. online reviews, pictures of previous work, referrals, etc.) before committing to hire them for the job needed. When it comes to needing your roof replaced you’re faced with a big job and it can either go right or wrong. A contractor can persuade you to believe they will do the best job for the best price, but persuasion can lead you to issues down the road. A great contractor does not have to persuade you, they just have to give you the facts - that is exactly what Dior Construction did when the owner, Dior, came to my house for an initial consultation. Dior is highly experienced and educated in his field. He is a GAF Master Elite roofer which means he is one of the top roofers in the industry, and upon your initial consultation he will be able to educate you on the way roofing systems work and what his team will be able to do to fix and improve your current scenario - no persuasion, just facts. Before meeting with Dior I did my normal investigation (reviews, background, training, etc.) I was impressed by his certifications and Dior Construction seemed to be a front-runner despite being the only company I fully looked into at that point. I normally would have gathered at least 5 contractors to see who is the best of the best, but something stopped me dead in my tracks. I went over to the Dior Construction Facebook page and noticed there were a bunch of videos and pictures of their work, so of course I checked them out. I was impressed by the drone images showing before and after photos, and as I was reviewing the photos something caught my eye; it wasn’t the beautiful houses or the colors of the roofing it was the workers. I noticed they weren’t just up on the roof, but they were tethered. They were actually secured to the roof with a new tethering system for their own safety, and as Dior said himself, “What is most important is that my crew is safe and at the end of the day they get to go home”. I’ve seen many “roofers” up high running around with no type of security and it seemed common, but to find someone that cares this much about their workers was something you don’t see often. At that point I knew that if Dior cared this much about his workers and their safety, then he definitely cares about the quality of work that is performed, and he has pride in his business. This sealed the deal, along with an extensive almost 2-hour education session about the roofing system. The work was scheduled and we were actually able to start the job ahead of schedule. The entire process was so smooth and seamless that I would honestly do it all over again. The crew arrived promptly just before 7AM, we had a dumpster delivered shortly after and the work began immediately. Dior was on site the morning of the install, along with his project manager, Hudson, and they made sure everything was running on schedule and to plan. We had a surprising issue pop up while the work was being performed, one of the crew members found a bird nest with live nestlings near the chimney - no parent in sight. Dior immediately had the crew member safely bring down the nest and immediately called the proper officials, it is safe to say the nestlings are now at a wildlife rehabilitation center. Most other contractors could probably care less, but not Dior he was set on making sure the nestlings were safe and as an animal advocate I couldn’t have been happier. It was amazing so see how effortless the crew made the removal seem despite it being a very large task. The house was immediately draped with tarps to catch the debris, and cleanup was continuous as the roof was quickly and efficiently removed. In a matter of about 2 hours the roof was completely cleared and the crew started applying all of the necessary materials before adding the shingles. The entire roof was complete the same day, and it looked fantastic. We also had new shutters put on the house which definitely made the new roof pop, a great compliment to one another. The following day Dior’s crew came by to install our seamless gutters with leaf guards, and again they were quick and made the entire job seem effortless. We have received a bunch of compliments from our neighbors, and not just about the look of our house. Our neighbors were complimenting the crew saying how efficient they worked, how clean they kept the area, and how smoothly everything seemed to go. I’ve already been asked by several neighbors for Dior Construction’s contact info in the event they need work done on their roof, gutters, or siding. Being completely happy with a contractor is a rarity, especially with all of the fly-by-night contractors that promise great work but fail to complete the task, but with Dior Construction I am beyond satisfied. I wish they did more than just roofs, gutters, and siding so that I could hire them for all of my home needs. I’m looking forward to the time when I need new siding just so I can have this quality contractor come back to do work on my house. If you’re in the market for repairs or upgrades don’t hesitate to call Dior Construction. Once you have an experience like mine you’ll never want to use another contractor and your standards for quality and services with be much higher. Dealing with Dior was a fantastic experience. He is a complete gentleman and a man of his word. He explained in detail prior to the job what to expect, and there were no surprises. Roof was leaking bad in different rooms damaging most of my ceilings. Needed a new roof right away so I called Dior and he came with samples to the house took his time to explain our options. He explained that he only used premium materials for roofing.We agreed on the start day and arranged it. Actually, start day was today at 7 am and he started ripping our old roof and they were completly done with beautiful architectural shingles by 3 pm.His workers were top notch professionals and they left the lawn cleaner than I left.He is one of the best roofers I have ever met and I met quite a few!He is honest,punctual and compassionate aboute his work.Hire this company and you won't be sorry!Highly recommended... I have interviewed quite a few roofer and I must say, his response and expressed compassionate for the project gave us the comfort level. Although we already had a GC in place for our house gut out renovation, we liked his throughness and professionalism that we hired him separately on roof/gutter project. Our house is an old victorian house and is not an easy job but he took care of the roof and finishing as if it was his own house. We were very pleased with his attention to detail and the way he communicated with us daily basis on the work he was doing and sending us photos from the roof. He come across as a young man but I have to say, he is a mighty business person and would recommend him to all of my families and friends!! Knowing how painful it is to renovate an old house and knowing how prolonging everything else has been, Dior definitely completed his job to our high expectations!

Very Impressed with the owners prompt response to our request for a quote. He came with samples and thoroughly explained what was needed for our new roof. He even took pictures of the old rood to show us. Work was done promptly and received photos of the work in progress since we were away at the time. We would definitely recommend Dior Construction for your next roofing project!

Writing this is a pleasure. How many lemons are out there in construction? In my experience about 90%. Not this guy. They need to clone him. Professional, reliable, great communicator, impeccable work-AMAZING. Hire him when he is done with my job.

Christian Dior and his team from Dior Construction were very professional. They got the job done in timely manner. Their price was very competitive and reasonable with great results of the job they did. Unlike any other company, the owner Christian Dior supervised the job personally to make sure everything was done as promised. Would not hesitate for a second to recommend him. I am looking forward to do more business with him. On personal note: Christian is very young for a businessman but has a mature and business head on his shoulder.
