I Highly Recommend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - HERITAGE CONTRACTING SERVICES. In 2018 after hurricane Harvey, I had a leak in the roof of my rental house in Montgomery. A friend of mine referred me to Robert Kosack of Heritage Contracting Services to get my roof inspected. Robert did a free inspection on my rental property and found wind damage to the shingles. He advised me to file a claim with my insurance company. Approximately two weeks later an insurance adjuster came out and agreed that my roof had wind damage and paid us for a total roof replacement. The whole process was smooth, my roof looks great and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I ADDITIONALLY decided to have my personal house and office roofs inspected, concerned that they were damaged. Both properties had hail damage. Once again, Robert met with two different insurance adjusters and both companies agreed on the hail damage and replaced both roofs completely. From beginning to end Heritage Contracting Services, treated us professionally and handled all of the details. We really appreciate that we had an experienced contractor to help us with THREE ROOFS! Robert and his team did a tremendous job in all areas. We did a complete roof, painting of house, staining of fence and new front. Every thing turned out great His greatest asset was his employees. Fast friendly and extremely easy to work with. Then came the next project. Complete rebuild of master bedroom, bathroom and master closet. Robert and his team suggested items and was so helpful with any of our request. Project turned out better than expected and when friends and family see it, they are encouraged to tackle their own home. They love what Robert and his team were able to accomplish. Plus, they had to work around a very unique time schedule based upon us having someone around to let them in and work. Robert was extremely accommodating and delivered every time.
