Wanted to share my experience regarding Northwest Construction, located in Dearborn Michigan. I have a residential house in Dearborn that needed vinyl siding and gutters, and I was looking for a contractor that was local, and familiar with the homes in the area. Northwest Construction popped up in a Google search, along with a few others local contractors. I made the call to schedule a quote in person, I reached Terry who was not only very friendly but wanted me to understand that he would be focused on quality and completing the job to the highest possible standard. After receiving multiple quotes, it was clear that Terry and his team were the right contractors for the job. The team at Northwest Construction were clear in the objectives, took the time to plan out the job, correctly bid the job and worked through the challenges during the process. I had a budget that I was working with, and Terry and team did everything possible to stay within the budget as possible. Northwest Construction was clear in communication, they were quick to take on the work, and completed the job within a few weeks once all the material was on site. Terry and his team did an outstanding job bringing this house back to life with a fresh new look! I would highly recommend you make the call and talk with Terry and team for any of your needs and upcoming construction projects. Excellent service and very professional every step of the way. They stayed in budget and on time. I had my plumbing stack redone which lead to needing the bottom kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity done. I could not be more happy with the completed results.

Northwest Construction did an excellent job with our porch. Terry is very professional and cares about his customers and the quality of the work. His work speaks for itself. Our neighbors and friends have commented that the porch looks like it has always been there. That is exactly what we wanted. Excellent work by a company that I would recommend to anybody.

We had work to remove a balcony and replace it with a large window. NorthWest Construction had excellent communication. The crew Steve and Scott were awesome! They were great to work with and willing to work around my schedule if I was not able to be around. The crew removed our balcony and replaced it with a large window. They resided the section of the house and were even able to find our old siding! They also drywalled the interior. The end result looks great! We are so pleased! We would hire them again for future projects. Price was reasonable compared with other bids we received.

NorthWest construction did a great job on both our house roofing and attic ventilation projects. Good communication and the work teams did well.

They did a great job on roofing. Adding new gutters cleaning up after themselves. All in all very satisfactory. I have since recommended them to others

Some years ago Northwest replaced my house and garage roofs, replaced my gutters, and replaced my outside doors, Recently, they installed porch railing. All work was top notch. Their guidance was great, materials high quality, prices very reasonable, and interactions very friendly.

Terry and his crew had done the siding & gutters and the roofing on my house several years prior. They did excellent work at a fair price that I was very happy with on those projects. So, when it was time to remodel the kitchen, I called them for an estimate and, as always, I was very pleased with their responsiveness and so I contracted them to do the job. This was a very compliated job. It involved moving load bearing walls, structural work to the outside of the house, rerouting duct work and electrical, removing soffets, replacing an electrical panel, rerouting plumbing. You will see in the pictures, most of the first floor was down to studs. They gave me great feedback on the things I wanted to do so that in the end I would be very happy with the result. The whole project took about three months from the first hammer swing to completion, and three weeks of that was spent waiting for inspections. I was always well informed of what was going on, whether they had encountered anything unexpected, etc. They paid very close attention to detail, too and responded quickly and professionally to all of my questions and concerns. The price was fair and reasonable for the scope of work on this project.

We had a full bathroom remodel done by NorthWest Construction. The final result is absolutely beautiful. John C was the project manager. He communicated clearly what was happening and when. He listened to our needs and wants. There was no "hard sell". They were very caring, professional and courteous. (It was extremely nice to see some of the younger workers truly polite and taking great care in their work). Even though the project took a little bit longer than anticipated (waiting on City inspections slowed things down), every step was communicated. John pushed to get things done as quickly as possible. We did go a bit over budget since we added a few things in as we were going along. However, that was because we added to the project. I'm glad that we did. Great job. I would definitely use them again.
