ProStruct Builders

I don't usually take the time to write a review even when I am completely satisfied but I felt compelled to this time. When severe storms caused a lot of damage to our roof and ceilings in our home in Mesa, AZ we were scrambling to find a contractor who would help us. Living outside of the U.S. made this even more difficult as we did not know of any companies to contact. We did find someone who told us they were very busy but would add our names to their list. When we arrived in Mesa we were told that they would get to our repairs whenever they could but were very busy. We then looked for a company that might be able to at least let us know a time frame when they could get started. We ended up calling Prostruct Builders because they had done some work for several neighbors who were very pleased with the results. When we called Prostruct Builders we were told someone would call us back shortly to discuss setting up a meeting with us. Much to our surprise we received a call back very quickly and ended up meeting with the representative immediately. Zach met with us and looked at all that needed to be done. He came back with the quote and said he could help us out and have the repairs done quite quickly. It was two weeks before Christmas and Zach was able to have everything lined up and completed before then. We could not have been happier. The service and quality of work was excellent. The workers were quick and thorough and their clean up was great. We can't thank Zach enough for his professionalism and promptness. He worked with our insurance company so we did not have anything to worry about. We felt very confident in his knowledge and experience and would most definitely work with him again without hesitation. Thank you Zach and Prostruct Builders.

At first I was leery when Thomas Doran rang my door bell and said you need a new roof. I knew that already, I had seen shingles fly off during an August rain storm where winds reached up to 90 miles an hour. He said he could help me and he did the rest! he contacted my insurance company whom he had dealt with before. He set up the date for the inspection with them, and had me qualified for a full replacement of my roof. All I can say is Thank You, Thank You, Thank You! My insurance money was in my bank weeks before his company had the time to schedule the replacement. I consider Thomas Doran a very good person and personal friend. Every time I see him I want to give me a hug. He reminds me of one of my third grade students who made something of himself in life, thru consistent effort and application of his innate skills.

We were so please with how ProStruct Builders were so professional, awesome customer service, friendly, and just made you feel so comfortable with trusting them from the beginning to the end while they were replacing our roof. If we have any concerns or issues with roof even after the roof has been done, they still offer the outstanding customer service that they offered during the roof replacement.
