Roger the Roofer

I was beginning to think that customer service was a lost art. I was beginning to think that the customer was seen as a right instead of an earned gift to a business. I was beginning to think that no one cared about returning phone calls promptly and communicating with their customer effectively. More than anything I was losing faith in the idea that people actually kept their promises to you. Well, Roger The Roofer changed all that. I knew this would be a different experience for me from the moment I called him and spoke to him. Not only was Roger there when he said he was going to be, but the promise of being there to begin the work at 7 AM meant that he showed up with his crew at 6:45 AM and ready to work by 7 AM. Since I work away from home for long periods of time, I had to put my trust in Roger to do the work that he said he was going to do. To allow me feel better about the process of installing my new roof while I was away, Roger took the time to take videos and photographs all through the day while his crews meticulously and professionally installed the roof. And by the way, I did not ask him to do this for me, he just did it. Simply put, Roger delivered on every single item and detail within the scope of work. To top off this wonderful experience, Roger had a courtesy van show up after the work was completed to power, wash my driveway and my sidewalk!!! I know this may sound strange, but I felt safe in Roger’s care and meticulousness throughout the entire process. Folks, if you’re on the fence as a who to use for installing your roof, look no further than this man. His integrity is bigger than Texas.
