From my initial contact to completion of the job, they made the whole process easy with “ no drama”. I had many neighbors stop by to ask who was replacing my roof, because they were so impressed with how conscientious they were covering bushes and collecting old roofing materials. Took them a little while to start because when you're good you're busy,but once they started they came everyday til it was done.They did an excellent job and after the clean-up it was like they were never there.I highly recommend them.

We will probably sell our house in a few years but it needed a new roof and we wanted products that would look good and a warranty we could sell with the house backed by a company that has been and will continue to be around. Tri-County Contracting were not the cheapest, but they listened to what we wanted and showed us a large array of different shingle examples at their business. Eventually we chose Architectural shingles, oversize gutters, a new chimney top and had them fit a solar tube skylight in the hallway. Tri-County just couldn't have performed better. The salesman was not pushy, they listened to what we wanted, scheduled the work to our schedule and did a fantastic job. After the severe winter (2018/2019) the roof and gutters look as good as the day they were installed without any issues. The crew were fast but not rushed, polite and very attentive at clearing up all the nails and materials. The solar tube light has transformed our home which had a dingy central hallway but now has a well lit area without any need for lights. Overall Tri-County did a fantastic job and I would personally recommend them if you are looking for a new roof, gutters or external building work.

Roof repair is a huge decision for most of us. But you really don't need to look further for the "high bar" in this profession than Tri-County. They did a complete tear-off and replacement of our roof. The salesperson was very patient with all my questions, and communicated very clearly about the steps involved. All deadlines were met on time, or early. The work crew were courteous, diligent, and did a great job cleaning up around the outside of my house each day. Today I'm a year out from the project, and Tri-County was here recently to do their annual inspection.

The staff at Tri-County Contracting was very professional and on schedule in completing our new roof. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
