Repaired a leak in my roof and found other potential problem spots and fixed them. Saved me from having to replace the roof for another two years. I really appreciate the high quality work they did on my roof so I don't need to replace it for another few years. They replaced the bad shingles, sealed the roof and the replaced the broken seals around the pipes that come out of the roof. They took pictures of their work and sent them to me. Their attention to detail is second to none and reflects a high quality of workmanship. Highly recommended!

Phillip and the team were wonderful. They were early to arrive and even though the heat skyrocketed from 72 to 88 in just a couple of hours; they never stopped working or rushed through the job. Value Roofing exceeded my expectations on their service. Phillip ensured my new roof wouldn’t have dips after replacing 92 sheets of damaged 1/2 flakeboard with 92 sheets of 3/4 plywood. The roof never looked better including color coordinated roof boots, skylights, and flashing. The properly installed roof ridge vents and new sofets gave the roof intake and outtake it never had. Value Roofing also replaced my gutters and added gutter guards. The gutters are so strong you can do pull-ups on them! Value roofing is reasonably priced for superior work.

If you are looking for a roofing project big or small please take the time to read this...I cannot say enough about how great Value Roofing is! Phil, the project manager, worked with me for over a month helping me through the whole claims process from my home owner's insurance on replacing the roof for my home and garage that was damaged in a wind storm. Phil's knowledge on all things roofing is second to none and his professionalism is exactly what you want in a contractor for any job. When the day finally came for his team to start the project they were amazing. Every one of the worker's did an efficent and incredible job and I could not be happier with the way my home turned out. They not only tore off 3 layers of shingles from my roof, but also had to replace old rotten roof decking including missing rafters that were never installed to help support my roof. The team layed out these beautiful shingles after getting the stucture nice and sound and put gorgeous copper flashing around my chimney and bay window that really makes my home stand out. The wood supporting my gutters were also improperly installed previously, but Value Roofing made sure they fixed that the proper way so I won't have to worry about leaking ever again. This was all done in one day! Phil was on scene the entire day and made sure I knew everything that was being done and why it was important to make my home safe and to save me money down the line. I called 6 contractors out when I was first looking to start this job and none of them could have come close to what Phil and Value Roofing have done for me. Thank you again.
