Work performed summer 2019. Replacement of 32 windows, front door and all siding on a c.1817 house. The level of detail, completeness, and quality this team demonstrated is top notch. Showed up when they said they would, cleaned up each day, and were in constant communication if they had questions or needed a decision. They also ran into an issue they didn't anticipate (one side of the house was wavy and the siding wasn't going on correctly) which caused them to have to build out with additional wood. No extra charge. I would HIGHLY recommend UBrothers.

I found this company by chance on the net. It was necessary to do repairs in the new apartment, but to do it yourself - it's a thankless job I'll say. On the site I liked the function of calculating the cost of repairs, just choose the services you need and that's it. Of course, this price is not final, but you can calculate the approximate cost. We contacted UBC to update the windows. 3 years ago we ordered windows in another company but we were deceived. We did not like these windows their appearance was terrible and the plastic began to turn yellow (( Andrey accepted all our wishes and suggested which windows are more suitable and created a project based on our budget.) Recently my husband and I decided to kinda extend our terrace on the backyard. We were looking for a company that does decking for a reasonable price and one of our friend recommended UBC - he installed doors with them.I was in charge of the whole thing. And I am pretty happy with the result. I didn't know much about all that construction stuff but i had some particular ideas in mind. My husband and I bought a brand-new house three years ago. After two years, the siding (CertainTeed fiberboard - it's crap, don't use it) was all cracked and popping off the house. We were not about to replace it with more CertainTeed, so we made the decision to completely re-side our house with a quality vinyl product. Fortunately, we went with UBrothers. The crew showed up early each morning and worked diligently throughout the day. As they took off the old siding, we discovered more issues: windows not nailed into the house nor taped around them, and many places uncovered by Tyvek. UBrothers resolved ALL of these issues, knowing that to just slap siding over the original/incomplete job done on the house was not the right thing. When they ran into cosmetic questions, UBrothers would show me the issue, recommend a couple of alternatives and also provide the pros and cons of each. Throughout the job, anything we weren't 100% happy with was immediately corrected. The best part? The end product - our house looks beautiful! Though we had never planned to have to re-side a three year-old house, we honestly feel that the quality and integrity of our house is so much better for having done so, thanks to UBrothers. My husband and I would use them again, with no hesitations (but hopefully not for another re-siding job!).
